Abstract

ศึกษาหาระดับความคาดหวังของสตรีที่ทำงานนอก บ้าน ต่อบทบาทของคู่สมรสในแนวคิดแบบอุดมคติที่มีต่องานบ้านทั่วไป งานเลี้ยงดูบุตรและการตัดสินใจเกี่ยวกับการเงินของครอบครัว ตลอดจนศึกษาหาความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างสถานภาพทั่วไปของสตรี กับความคาดหวังของสตรีต่อบทบาทของคู่สมรสในงานทั้ง 3 ด้าน การเก็บข้อมูลในครั้งนี้ใช้วิธีแจกแบบสอบถามไปยังกลุ่มตัวอยางที่ต้องการคือ บัณฑิตสตรี จุฬาลงกรณ์มหาวิทยาลัย และมารดาของนิสิตเองจำนวน 200 คน ได้รับกลับมาจำนวน 200 ชุด วิธีการทางสถิติที่ใช้คือ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าสหสัมพันธ์ ค่าแกรมม่าและค่าแลมด้า การวิจัยมีสมมติฐานดังนี้ 1. สตรีที่ทำงานนอกบ้าน มีความคาดหวังต่อบทบาทของคู่สมรสในด้านงานบ้านทั่วไป งานเลี้ยงดูบุตรและการตัดสินใจเกี่ยวกับการเงินของครอบครัวในระดับมากน้อย ต่างกัน2. อายุของสตรีที่ทำงานนอกบ้านมีความสัมพันธ์เชิงลบกับความคาดหวังของสตรี ต่อบทบาทของคู่สมรสในด้านงานบ้านทั่วไป งานเลี้ยงดูบุตร และการตัดสินใจเกี่ยวกับการเงินครอบครัว 3. ระดับการศึกษา ระยะเวลาในการประกอบอาชีพ และระดับตำแหน่งหน้าที่ของสตรีที่ทำงานนอกบ้าน มีความสัมพันธ์เชิงบวกกับความคาดหวังของสตรีต่อบทบาทของคู่สมรสในด้านงาน ทั่วไป งานเลี้ยงดูบุตร 4. ระดับการศึกษา ระยะเวลาในการประกอบอาชีพและระดับตำแหน่งหน้าที่ ของสตรีที่ทำงานนอกบ้านมีความสัมพันธ์เชิงลบกับความคาดหวังของสตรี ต่อบทบาทของคู่สมรสในด้านการตัดสินใจเกี่ยวกับการเงินของครอบครัว 5. สถานภาพโสดของสตรีที่ทำงานนอกบ้านมีความสัมพันธ์กับความคาดหวังของสตรี ต่อบทบาทของคู่สมรสในด้านงานบ้านทั่วไป งานเลี้ยงดูบุตรและการตัดสินใจเกี่ยวกับการเงินของครอบครัว มากกว่าสตรีที่มีสถานภาพสมรส จากผลการวิจัยพบว่าเป็นไปตามสมมติฐาน 11 ข้อ คือข้อ1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8,15,16 และ 17 ส่วนข้อ 9, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14 และ 18 ไม่เป็นไปตามสมมติฐานที่ตั้งไว้

Other Abstract (Other language abstract of ETD)

The objectives of this research are, firstly, to find the extent to which occupation women expect their spouses to share roles in general domestic work, child care, decision making relating to family budget. Secondly, this study seeks to investigate the relationship between general statuses of the subjects and their expectations on the spouses roles in 3 areas of family work. The collection of data for this study is done by distributing the questionaires to the selected samples of 200 female graduates from Chulalongkorn University and their mothers. The questionaires are one hundred percents returned. In analysis of the data, curtain statiscal operations are utilized, namely, percentage, gamma and lamda. The following hypotheses are tested 1. Occupational women are differed in their role expectations of their spouses in the areas of general domestic work, child care, and family budget decision. 2. Age of occupational women has a negative relationship with their role expectation of the spouses in the areas of domestic work, child care, and family budget decision. 3. Level of education, length of occupation, and occupational position of occupational women have positive relationships with their role expections of the spouses in the areas of general domestic works, and child care. 4. Level of education, length of occupation and occupational positions of occupational women have negative relationship with their role expectations of the spouses of the spouses in the areas of the family budget decision. 5. Single status of occupational women has more relationship with their role expectations of the spouses in the areas of general domestic work, child care and family budget decision than married one. It is found in this research that 11 hypotheses, they are 1, 2,3,4,5,6,7,8,15,16 and 17 are supported against 9,10,11,12,13,14, and 18 which are refuted by the data.
