Abstract

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาพัฒนาการของภาพยนตร์การ์ตูนนำเข้าจากต่างประเทศที่ออกอากาศทางสถานีโทรทัศน์ไทยทีวีสีช่อง 9 อ.ส.ม.ท. และศึกษาปัจจัยที่มีผลต่อการพิจารณานำเข้า และ แพร่ภาพภาพยนตร์การ์ตูนต่างประเทศทางโทรทัศน์ โดยเป็นการศึกษาเชิงวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลที่ได้จากการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูล 3 วิธี คือ 1)จากเอกสารอ้างอิง 2)จากการสัมภาษณ์บุคคลที่เกี่ยวข้อง และ 3)จากเทปภาพยนตร์การ์ตูนญี่ปุ่นที่ออกอากาศเดือน ม.ค. 2540 ผลการศึกษาพบว่าการนำเข้าภาพยนตร์การ์ตูนที่ออกอากาศทางโทรทัศน์ได้เปลี่ยน จากภาพยนตร์การ์ตูนฝรั่งมาเป็นภาพยนตร์การ์ตูนญี่ปุ่นและจากการวิเคราะห์สามารถแบ่งพัฒนาการ ได้เป็น 5 ยุค ได้แก่ 1)พ.ศ. 2498-2501 ภาพยนตร์การ์ตูนออกอากาศระบบขาว-ดำ ยังไม่มีระบบผังรายการ และส่วนใหญ่ได้รับเอื้อเฟื้อ 2)พ.ศ. 2502-2512 นำเข้าภาพยนตร์การ์ตูนฝรั่ง และมีลักษณะเป็นรายการประจำสำหรับเด็ก 3)พ.ศ. 2513-2519 เริ่มมีการนำเข้าภาพยนตร์การ์ตูนญี่ปุ่น และมีการพากย์สด 4)พ.ศ. 2520-2538 ภาพยนตร์การ์ตูนออกอากาศระบบสี ญี่ปุ่นครองการนำเข้าในลักษณะเป็นธุรกิจมากขึ้นและมีการบันทึกเทปเสียงพากย์ 5)พ.ศ. 2539-2540 การกลับมาของภาพยนตร์การ์ตูนฝรั่ง แต่ภาพยนตร์การ์ตูนญี่ปุ่นยังครองตลาด ทั้งนี้พัฒนาการของภาพยนตร์การ์ตูนนำเข้าจากต่างประเทศออกอากาศทางสถานีโทรทัศน์ไทยทีวีสี ช่อง 9 อ.ส.ม.ท. พบว่าเปลี่ยนแปลงด้วยปัจจัยหลายประการ ที่สำคัญเป็นอย่างยิ่ง ได้แก่ เทคโนโลยีและการดำเนินการขององค์กร เป็นปัจจัยหลักต่อการพัฒนาการในระยะที่ 1-3 และหลังยุคที่ 3 เป็นต้นมา พบว่าปัจจัยที่สำคัญได้เปลี่ยนไปสู่แรงผลักดันในเชิงเศรษฐศาสตร์ นอกจากนี้ปัจจัยที่เป็นลักษณะเฉพาะของภาพยนตร์การ์ตูนญี่ปุ่น ได้แก่ แนวเนื้อเรื่อง เนื้อหา สุนทรียศาสตร์ และลักษณะ ธุรกิจ อุตสาหกรรม ก็มีส่วนต่อพัฒนาการในเรื่องนี้ด้วยเช่นกัน

Other Abstract (Other language abstract of ETD)

The objective of the rescarch are to study the development of imported animation films broadcasted on thai television channcl 9 (MCOT.) and the influential factors of importing and broadcasting animation fims on television. The study analyse data which is gathered from 3 sources ; documents, key-informant interviewing and animation films aired during January,1997. The results show that the importing of animation fims broadcasted on the television have changed fron American-animation films to Japanese-animation films. This analysis could be devided the development into 5 periods ; 1) 1955-1958 : Black& White broadcasting system ; non-system programing. Most of films were supported from USA. 2) 1959-1969 : All films were imported from America. Animation films have shown as the children program. 3) 1970-1976 : live Thai Lip Sync. A few Japanese-animation films were imported. 4) 1977-1995 : Color broadcasting system ; The domination of Japanese-animation films, recorded Thai Lip Sync, more business oriented. 5) 1996- 1997 : The return of American-animation films. However the Japanese-animation films still domninate. It also finds that the development of imported animation films are effected by several factors. Significantly, the technology and management are the main factors from the first to the third period. After the third period, the major factor has changed to be cconomic pressure. Apart from these factors, the specific attributions of Japanese-animation films concluding plots, contents, aesthetic and management of industrial business are impact to this development.
