Abstract

พัฒนาโปรแกรมการให้การศึกษาแก่ผู้ปกครองในการให้ความช่วยเหลือ ตั้งแต่แรกเริ่มแบบครอบครัวเป็นฐานสำหรับเด็กสมองพิการ ประชากรเป็นผู้ปกครองของเด็กสมองพิการซึ่งเป็น เด็กที่มีอายุตั้งแต่แรกเกิดถึงสองปี และมีพัฒนาการอยู่ในระหว่างขั้นชันคอและพลิกตะแคงตัว และมารับบริการรักษาที่โรงพยาบาลของรัฐในภาคอีสาน ตัวอย่างประชากรที่เป็นกรณีศึกษา เป็นผู้ปกครองเด็กสมองพิการที่มารับบริการที่โรงพยาบาลศรีนครินทร์ มหาวิทยาลัยขอนแก่น ได้มาด้วยการสุ่มแบบบังเอิญ (Accidental Sampling) จำนวนทั้งสิ้น 4 คน 3 ครอบครัว ผลการทดลองใช้โปรแกรมฯ พบว่า 1) ผู้ปกครอง 3 คน จาก 4 คน มีค่าร้อยละของคะแนนความถูกต้องในการให้ความช่วยเหลือเด็ก ในระยะก่อนการทดลองต่ำกว่าร้อยละ 50 2) ผู้ปกครองทุกคน มีค่าร้อยละของคะแนนความถูกต้องในการให้ความช่วยเหลือเด็ก สูงขึ้นกว่าเดิมและสูงกว่าเกณฑ์ร้อยละ 75 ในระยะระหว่างและหลังการทดลอง ทั้งนี้ค่าร้อยละของคะแนนของแต่ละคนแตกต่างกันไป ตามค่าร้อยละของคะแนนในระยะก่อนการทดลอง 3) ผู้ปกครองมีค่าร้อยละของจำนวนครั้งในการให้ความช่วยเหลือเด็ก ในระยะระหว่างและหลังการทดลองสูงกว่าเกณฑ์ร้อยละ 65 โปรแกรมฯ ที่ปรับปรุงแล้วเป็นโปรแกรมที่ให้บริการเสริม นอกเหนือจากการให้ความช่วยเหลือเด็กสมองพิการตามปกติของหน่วยงาน ประกอบด้วย แนวคิดพื้นฐาน หลักการ วัตถุประสงค์ กลุ่มเป้าหมาย เนื้อหาในโปรแกรม วิธีดำเนินการซึ่งมี 4 ขั้น ได้แก่ ขั้นเตรียมการ ขั้นสอน ขั้นให้ฝึกปฏิบัติด้วยตนเองและขั้นติดตามและประเมินผล และการประเมินผลการดำเนินการ รวมทั้งอุปกรณ์และสื่อประกอบการใช้โปรแกรมฯ ได้แก่ คู่มือผู้ใช้โปรแกรมฯ จำนวน 6 เล่ม คู่มือผู้ปกครองจำนวน 2 เล่ม แบบฝึกจำนวน 9 ชุดย่อย ตุ๊กตาผ้า ของเล่นเด็ก กล่องเก็บอุปกรณ์และสื่อประกอบการใช้โปรแกรมฯ ป้ายบันทึกจำนวนครั้งในการฝึกเด็กที่บ้าน และถุงผ้าสำหรับเก็บคู่มือผู้ปกครองและแบบฝึก

Other Abstract (Other language abstract of ETD)

To develop a parent education program providing home-based early intervention for cerebral palsy children. The population were parents living in the North Eastern Region who had children with cerebral palsy at birth-2 years old in the developmental stages of neck control to rolling, and received rehabilitation service from governmental hospitals. The sample who were the cases were 4 parents from 3 families who brought their children to receive rehabilitation service at Srinagarind hospital for the first time selected by using accidental sampling technique. The results of the field experiment were as follows 1) 3 out of 4 parents had the percentage of scores on accurate provision of early intervention lower than 50 percent before the experiment, 2) during and 1 month after the experiment, every parent had the percentage of scores on accurate provision of early intervention higher than before the experiment and higher than the criterion 75 percent. The gained scores varied by each individual parent's scores before the experiment, 3) during and 1 month after the experiment, every parent had the percentage of frequency on providing early intervention higher than the criterion 65 percent. The revised program was designed to provide a supplementary service in addition of regular services of the medical institute. The program consisted of theoretical approach, principles, objectives, target group, content, implementation process : program preparation, teaching, letting parents practice by themselves at home and follow-up, and evaluation. The program materials consisted of a set of 6 program user's manuals, 2 parent's manuals, 9 subsets of practice sheet, a doll made of clothes, toys, a box for keeping materials, a frequency check board and a bag for keeping parent's manuals and practice sheet.
