Abstract

เพื่อศึกษาสภาพการใช้ที่ดิน รูปแบบการเดินทางและระบบการสัญจร สภาพปัญหาต่างๆ ที่ส่งผลต่อสภาพการจราจรในบริเวณเขตบางคอแหลม ความต้องการและความจำเป็นในการพัฒนาโครงข่ายถนน พร้อมทั้งเสนอแนะแนวทางการพัฒนาโครงข่ายถนนที่สัมพันธ์กับการใช้ที่ดิน ผลการศึกษาพบว่า บริเวณพื้นที่ศึกษามีสภาพการใช้ที่ดินพื้นที่แบบผสมผสาน และมีแนวโน้มที่จะมีการเปลี่ยนแปลงการใช้ที่ดิน เป็นพื้นที่พาณิชยกรรมมากขึ้นโดยเฉพาะบนถนนพระรามที่ 3 รวมทั้งยังมีแนวโน้มของการขยายตัวของพื้นที่เพื่อการพักอาศัย เพื่อรองรับแหล่งงานที่เพิ่มขึ้น สำหรับรูปแบบการเดินทางหลักที่ใช้ในการเดินทางภายในพื้นที่ศึกษา คือ รถสองแถว ส่วนระบบการสัญจรมีจุดเริ่มต้น คือ บ้าน และมีจุดปลายทาง คือ สถานที่ทำงาน และศูนย์กลางบริการของชุมชน เมื่อพิจารณาเปรียบเทียบระหว่างการเพิ่มขึ้น ของความต้องการในการเดินทาง และการใช้พื้นที่ในอนาคต กับโครงข่ายคมนาคมที่มีอยู่ พบว่า ยังไม่สัมพันธ์กัน จึงมีความจำเป็นที่จะต้องวางแนวทางในการพัฒนาโครงข่ายถนน เพื่อตอบรับการขยายตัวของพื้นที่ ในรูปของข้อเสนอการปรับปรุงโครงข่ายคมนาคม ตามลำดับขั้นของถนน นอกจากนี้ยังเสนอแนะข้อเสนอที่เกี่ยวข้องกับ การปรับปรุงโครงข่ายถนนในพื้นที่ ได้แก่ การปรับปรุงพื้นที่ชุมชนแออัดบริเวณถนนเจริญกรุง และการปรับปรุงโครงข่ายให้บริการของรถสองแถว ข้อเสนอการปรับปรุงโครงข่ายถนนที่เสนอ จะเน้นถึงการพัฒนาถนนสายรอง ให้รูปแบบถนนเป็นแบบตาราง (Grid Pattern) โดยเฉพาะถนนในแนวตะวันตก-ตะวันออก ที่เชื่อมระหว่างถนนเจริญกรุงกับถนนสาธุประดิษฐ์ และถนนสายรองแนวเหนือ-ใต้ ที่เชื่อมระหว่างถนนจันทร์กับซอยประดู่ 1 นอกจากนี้ ยังเสนอถึงแนวถนนอื่น เพื่อช่วยเสริมโครงข่ายการบริการของระบบขนส่งสาธารณะ ทั้งรถสองแถว ท่าเรือ และสถานีจอดรับผู้โดยสารรถเมล์ราง สายวงรอบพระราม 3 ในอนาคต

Other Abstract (Other language abstract of ETD)

To study land use ; transportation modes and trip characteristics, and certain problems affecting traffic conditions in Bang Kho Laem District ; to study needs and requirements for the development of road network ; and to propose development guidelines for road network which are related to land use. It is found that the study area has mixed land used and there is a trend that more commercial area will be development in the area, especially on Rama III Road. Due to the increase of employment, these is also a trend that residential area will expand in the area as well. The main transportation mode in the study area is minibus. Trip origing mainly start at home where as destinations are working place and the community's services center. It is also found that the existing transportation network cannot match the increasing travelling demand and future landuses. Therefore, it is necessary to compile development guidelines for road network to support the urban expansion. The guidelines are compose of suggestions for road network modification according to road hierachy, rehabilitation of slums nearby Chareon Krung Road ; and improvement of minibus services. The proposed roadnetwork concentrates on the development of secondary roads to form the grid pattern. The east-west road linking Chareon Krung Road and Sathue Pradit Road and the north-south road liking Chan Road and Soi Pradoo I are proposed. Connection of minor roads are also proposed to help support public transportation service, ie, minibus, boat and future guided bus system
