Abstract

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตฤประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาและเปรียบเทียบการเสริมสร้างแรงสูงใจในการสอนภาคทฤษฎีของอาจารย์พยาบาลที่มีประสบการณ์การสอน วุฒิการศึกษา และการได้รับการอบรมทางการสอนแตกต่างกัน และเปรียบเทียบการเสริมสร้างแรงสูงใจในการสอนภาคทฤษฎีของอาจารย์พยาบาล ตามการรับเของอาจารย์และนักศึกษาพยาบาล วิทยาลัยพยาบาลสังกัดกระทรวงสาธารณสุข จำนวนกลุ่มละ 400 คน ซึ่งได้มาจากการสุ่มตัวอย่างแบบหลายขั้นตอน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยครั้งนี้ ผู้วิจัยสร้างขึ้นเอง ประกอบด้วยแบบสอบถาม 2 ชุด คือ ชุดที่1 เป็นแบบสอบถาม สำหรับอาจารย์พยาบาล ชุดที่ 2 เป็นแบบสอบถามสำหรับนักศึกษาพยาบาล เรื่อง การเสริมสร้างแรงสูงใจในการสอนภาคทฤษฎีของอาจารย์พยาบาล ตามการรับรู้ของนักศึกษาพยาบาล เครื่องมือที่ได้ผ่านการตรวจสอบความตรงและความเที่ยง ได้ค่าความเที่ยงของแบบสอบถามเท่ากับ .92 ทั้งสองชุด ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1. อาจารย์พยาบาลมีการเสริมสร้างแรงสูงใจในการสอนภาคทฤษฎีในระดับมาก 2. อาจารย์พยาบาลที่มีประสบการณ์ในการสอนมากกว่ามีการเสริมสร้างแรงจูงใจในการสอนภาคทฤษฎีมากกว่าอาจารย์พยาบาลที่มีประสบการณ์ในการสอนน้อยกว่า อาจารย์พยาบาลที่มีวุฒิการศึกษาสูงกว่าปริญญาตรีมีการเสริมสร้างแรงสูงใจในการสอนภาคทฤษฎีมากกว่าอาจารย์ พยาบาลที่มีวุฒิการศึกษาปริญญาตรี และอาจารย์พยาบาลที่เคยได้รับการอบรมทางการสอนมีการเสริมสร้างแรงจูงใจในการสอนภาคทฤษฎีมากกว่าอาจารย์พยาบาลที่ได้รับการอบรมทางการสอนอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 3. อาจารย์พยาบาลมีการรับเกี่ยวกับการเสริมสร้างแรงสูงใจในการสอนภาคทฤษฎีของอาจารย์พยาบาลมากกว่านักศึกษาพยาบาล อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05

Other Abstract (Other language abstract of ETD)

The purposes of this research were to study and compare the motivation enhancing in theoretical instruction of nursing instructors of different instructional experience, educational background and instructional training as percieved by nursing instructors and nursing students. The subjects consisted of 400 nursing instructors and 400 nursing students from the nursing colleges under the jurisdiction of the Ministry of Public Health. The subjects were selected by multi-stage sampling. All instruments of this research were constructed by the researcher, consisting of 2 questionnaires. The first one. The motivation enhancing in theoretical instruction of the nursing instructors as percieved by nursing instructors. The second one. The motivation enhancing in theoretical instruction of the nursing as percieved by nursing students. Both questionnaires were content validity and reliability at the cronbach’s alpha of 0.92. The Major results of this study were as follows : 1. The motivation enhancing in theoretical instruction of the nursing instructors was at high level. 2. The postgraduate nursing instructors, the nursing instructors who had participated in an instructional training, and the nursing instructors of high experiences were able to enhance the motivation in theoretical instruction respectively more than the graduate nursing instructors, the nursing instructors who had never participated in an instructional training, and the nursing instructors of less experiences. Such superiority can be statistically estimated at the level of 0.05. 3. The motivation enhancing in theoretical instruction of nursing instructors as percieved by the nursing instructors was more than the nursing students at the level of 0.05.
