Abstract

วิทยานิพนธ์ฉบับนี้มีจุดมุ่งหมาย เพื่อศึกษาถึงวิสัยทัศน์และปัจจัยที่ก่อให้เกิดวิสัยทัศน์ทางการศึกษาพยาบาลของผู้นำทางการศึกษาพยาบาล โดยศึกษากรณีของ ร.ศ.ดร.วิเชียร ทวีลาภ ท่านเป็นผู้นำทางการศึกษาพยาบาลในยุคสมัยปี พ.ศ. 2500-2530 ซึ่งเป็นช่วงระยะเวลาที่การศึกษาพยาบาลของประเทศไทย ได้มีการเปลี่ยนแปลงพัฒนาเข้าสู่รูปแบบของวิชาชีพ ผู้วิจัยใช้วิธีการศึกษาตามแนวทางประวัติศาสตร์ โดยสืบค้นข้อมูลจากเอกสารและการสัมภาษณ์ ผลการศึกษาพบว่า ปัจจัยที่ก่อให้เกิดวิสัยทัศน์ของผู้นำทางการศึกษาพยาบาล เกิดจากปัจจัยภายใน ได้แก่ ระดับสติปัญญา ความรักในการเรียนรู้ การได้รับประสบการณ์ความรู้ด้านการศึกษาพยาบาล นอกจากนี้ยังมีปัจจัยภายนอก ได้แก่ ปัญหาการขาดแคลนพยาบาล อิทธิพลจากแผนพัฒนาเศรษฐกิจและสังคมแห่งชาติ อิทธิพลของแนวคิดจากต่างประเทศ ผลจากปัจจัยต่างๆ เหล่านี้ ทำให้เกิดวิสัยทัศน์ทางการศึกษาพยาบาลของรองศาสตราจารย์ ดร.วิเชียร ทวีลาภ ในเรื่องต่อไปนี้ 1) การพัฒนาหลักสูตรตามความต้องการของสังคม วิสัยทัศน์ในเรื่องนี้ได้รับอิทธิพลมาจากแนวโน้มการเปิดหลักสูตรใหม่ในประเทศสหรัฐอเมริกา และแรงผลักดันที่เกิดจากความต้องการได้รับความคุ้มครองโดยกฎหมาย 2) มาตรฐานการศึกษาพยาบาลในรูปแบบของวิชาชีพ โดยมีการพัฒนาในด้านการจัดหลักสูตร และการจัดการเรียนการสอน 3) ความเป็นเอกภาพในการจัดการศึกษา โดยการควบคุมมาตรฐานผู้สำเร็จการศึกษาพยาบาล การควบคุมมาตรฐานการศึกษาพยาบาล และการผลิตพยาบาลโดยวิชาชีพพยาบาล 4) องค์ความรู้เฉพาะสาขาการพยาบาล โดยการค้นหาทฤษฎีทางการพยาบาลซึ่งเริ่มมีมาตั้งแต่สมัยยุคก่อนสงครามโลกครั้งที่สองจนถึงปัจจุบันโดยใช้กระบวนการพยาบาล 5) การวิจัยทางการพยาบาลในประเทศไทย ซึ่งเพิ่งเริ่มมีการวิจัยได้ไม่นาน ทั้งนี้เป็นเพราะปัจจัยด้านวิชาชีพการพยาบาล และปัจจัยด้านตัวพยาบาลประกอบด้วย

Other Abstract (Other language abstract of ETD)

The purpose of this thesis was to investigate the vision and factors affecting the nursing education leader's vision, using the case study of associate professor Vichien Thavilap. Ph.D. Professor Vichien was one of the nursing educators during B.E. 2500-2530, in the mean while nursing education in Thailand were developing into professional model. The method of study used was historical research method, using documentary search and depth interview. The research result revealed that, factors affecting the nursing education leader's vision were; internal factors, consisted of intelligence, enquiry mind, nursing education experience, and external factors; nursing shortage problem, national economic and social development plan, international concepts. These factors mentioned above influenced associate professor Vichien's vision concerning nursing education as followed: 1) Curriculum development in responding to societal needs which was influenced by newly open curriculum in the U.S.A. and the motivation from need to be protected by law. 2) Standardized professional nursing education, including development of curriculum and instruction. 3) Unity of nursing education administration by controlling standard over graduate nurses, controlling standard over nursing education and producing nurse by professional nurse 4) Body of knowledge specify for nursing by searching for nursing theories which was development since prior to 2nd World War up to the present time using nursing process. 5) Nursing research in Thailand, which was lately development, influenced by the nursing profession itself and professional nurse as a person in addition.
