Abstract

การวิจัยเรื่องนี้เป็นการวิจัยเพื่อที่จะทราบถึงการมีส่วนร่วมทางการเมือง ของนักธุรกิจหญิงไทยที่ประกอบธุรกิจอุดสาหกรรรมการเกษตร ตั้งแต่ระดับผู้บริหารขึ้นไปทั่วประเทศ โดยมีสมมุติฐานของการวิจัย ดังนี้ สมมุติฐานที่ 1 นักธุรกิจหญิงระดับที่วิจัย ซึ่งประกอบธุรกิจทางด้านอุตสาหกรรมการเกษตร ที่มีที่ตั้งของธุรกิจต่างกัน จะมีลักษณะการมีส่วนร่วมทางการเมืองแตกต่างกัน สมมุติฐานที่ 2 นักธุรกิจหญิงที่มีภูมิหลังแตกต่างกัน จะมีลักษณะการมีส่วนร่วมทางการเมืองแตกต่างกัน จากการวิจัยเพื่อพิสูจน์สมมุติฐานดังกล่าวพบว่า ที่ตั้งของธุรกิจจะไม่มีความสัมพันธ์กับการมีส่วนร่วมทางการเมืองของนักธุรกิจหญิง ส่วนด้านภูมิหลังของนักธุรกิจหญิงผลการวิจัยพบว่า ภูมิหลังเกี่ยวกับอายุ, ระดับการศึกษา และระดับรายได้ต่อเดือน มีความสัมพันธ์กับการมีส่วนร่วมทางการเมืองของนักธุรกิจหญิง ส่วนภูมิหลังเกี่ยวกับระยะเวลาการทางานไม่มีความสัมพันธ์กับการมีส่วนร่วมทางการเมืองของนักธุรกิจหญิง

Other Abstract (Other language abstract of ETD)

By its purpose | this research studies about the political participation of the Thai Agro Industrial business women. It is hypothesized that political participation of business women is varied by location of business and social background. It is discovered that business location has no significant relationship with political participation of the business women. However, a significant relationship with political participation is found in their age, education and salary but not in their working experience.
