Abstract

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ เพื่อศึกษาบทบาทที่คาดหวังและบทบาทที่เป็นจริงของหัวหน้าหอผู้ป่วยใน การบริหารงานวิชาการสำหรบพยาบาลประจำการ รวมทั้งเปรียบเทียบบทบาทที่คาดหวัง และบทบาทที่เป็นจริงตามการรายงานของหัวหน้าหอผู้ป่วยและพยาบาลประจำการ โรงพยาบาลศูนย์ สังกัดกระทรวงสาธารณสุข กลุ่มตัวอย่างคือ หัวหน้าหอผู้ป่วยจำนวน 241 คน และพยาบาลประจำการจำนวน 241 คน ได้จากการสุ่มแบบแบ่งชั้น เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยเป็นแบบสอบถามที่ผู้วิจัยสร้างขึ้น มีค่าความเที่ยง 0.98 ทั้งสองชุด ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1. หัวหน้าหอผู้ป่วยรายงานบทบาทที่คาดหวัง และบทบาทที่เป็นจริงของหัวหน้าหอผู้ป่วยใน การบริหารงานวิชาการมืค่าเฉลี่ยในระดับมาก (x = 4.48 และ 3.51) ส่วนพยาบาล ประจำการ รายงานบทบาทที่คาดหวังและบทบาทที่เป็นจริงมีค่าเฉลี่ยอยู่ในระดับมากและปานกลาง ตามลำดับ (x = 4.44 และ 3.31) 2. หัวหน้าหอผู้ป่วยและพยาบาลประจำการรายงานบทบาทที่คาดหวังของหัวหน้าหอผู้ป่วยใน การบริหารงานวิชาการสูงกว่าบทบาทที่เป็นจริง อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 ทุก บทบาท คือ บทบาทการเป็นผู้บริหาร บทบาทการเป็นผู้นิเทศ และบทบาทการเป็นนักวิชาการ 3. หัวหน้าหอผู้ป่วยและพยาบาลประจำการรายงานบทบาทที่คาดหวังของหัวหน้าหอ ผู้ป่วยในการบริหารงานวิชาการในบทบาทการเป็นผู้บริหาร และบทบาทการเป็นนักวิชาการ ไม่แตก ต่างกันอย่างมืนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 4. หัวหน้าหอผู้ป่วยและพยาบาลประจำการรายงานบทบาทที่เป็นจริงของหัวหน้าหอผู้ป่วยในการบริหารงานวิชาการ แตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 ทุกบทบาท

Other Abstract (Other language abstract of ETD)

The purposes of this research were to study and compare expected and actual roles of head nurses on academic management for staff nurses as reported by head nurses and staff nurses in Regional Hospitals and Medical Centers under the Jurisdiction, the Ministry of Public Health. The subjects were 241 head nurses and 241 staff nurses, selected by stratified random sampling techniques. The research instruments were 2 sets of questionnaires. The reliability of the two questionnaires were 0.98 and 0.98. The major finding were as follows : 1. The expected roles and actual roles of head nurses on academic management for staff nurses as reported by head nurses themselves were in high level (X = 4.48, 3.51), whereas the expected roles and actual roles of head nurses on academic management for staff nurses as reported by staff nurses were in high and medium level respectively (X = 4.44, 3.31) 2. There were statistically significant difference at .05 level between expected and actual academic management roles as reported by head nurses and by staff nurses. The expected roles had means score higher than actual roles. 3. There were no statistically significant difference at .05 level between the expectation on role of administrator, and role of academic service as reported by head nurses and staff nurses. 4. There were a statistically significant difference at .05 level between the actual academic management roles of head nurses as reported by head nurses and staff nurses.
