Abstract

ประมาณการความต้องการใช้พื้นที่ของ กนอ. ในปี 2539-2543 อันจะเป็นประโยชน์ต่อการวางแผนงาน และการวางนโยบายที่เหมาะสมในหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้อง ในการวิจัยความต้องการการใช้พื้นที่ของ กนอ. จะสร้างสมการจำลองการใช้พื้นที่ของ กนอ. ด้วยสมการการถดถอยเชิงซ้อนซึ่งสัมพันธ์กับอุตสาหกรรมบางประเภท กนอ. แบ่งกลุ่มอุตสาหกรรมที่เข้ามาใช้พื้นที่ของโครงการไว้ 20 ประเภท อุตสาหกรรมที่มีศักยภาพ ได้แก่ อุตสาหกรรม ปุ๋ย สี เคมีภัณฑ์ และอุตสาหกรรมน้ำมัน และพลังงาน โดยมีรูปแบบสมการการถดถอยเชิงซ้อนดังนี้ Y = -1593666.752 + 4.8285X7 + 9.9679X10 โดยที่ Y คือ ความต้องการใช้พื้นที่ทั้งหมดของ กนอ. X7 คือ ความต้องการใช้พื้นที่ของอุตสาหกรรมประเภทปุ๋ย สีและเคมีภัณฑ์ X10 คือ ความต้องการใช้พื้นที่ของอุตสาหกรรมประเภทน้ำมันและพลังงาน สำหรับการใช้พื้นที่ของอุตสาหกรรม ปุ๋ย สี เคมีภัณฑ์ จะประมาณการจากปริมาณการบริโภคปุ๋ยเคมี ส่วนอุตสาหกรรมน้ำมันและพลังงาน จะประมาณการจากปริมาณการบริโภคน้ำมัน ซึ่งจะได้รูปแบบจำลองดังนี้ X7 = -1791351.83 + 1104.38Zt X10 = 381185 - 1928.50Z02 + 55.32Z03 โดยที่ Zt คือ ปริมาณการบริโภคปุ๋ยเคมีในการเกษตร Z0 คือ ปริมาณการบริโภคน้ำมัน ด้วยการทดสอบที่ระดับนัยสำคัญ 5% ผลการวิเคราะห์ทางสถิติพบว่า ความแปรปรวนของการใช้พื้นที่ของ กนอ. สามารถอธิบายได้ด้วย การใช้พื้นที่ของอุตสาหกรรมปุ๋ย สี เคมีภัณฑ์ และ อุตสาหกรรมน้ำมัน และพลังงาน ร้อยละ 99.20 ขณะที่ความแปรปรวนของการใช้พื้นที่ของอุตสาหกรรมปุ๋ย สี เคมีภัณฑ์สามารถอธิบายได้ด้วยการบริโภคปุ๋ยเคมีร้อยละ 90.50 และความแปรปรวนของการใช้พื้นที่ของอุตสาหกรรมน้ำมัน และพลังงาน สามารถอธิบายได้ด้วยการบริโภคน้ำมันร้อยละ 84.62

Other Abstract (Other language abstract of ETD)

To estimate the demand of area for industrial real-estate from 1996-2000 to be an advantage for policy and appropriate planning for the concerned department. In this research there will be a multiple regression model for the area of industrial real-estate which is associated with some kind of industry. Industrial real-estate has separated the type of industry into 20 groups. The potential industry are fertilizer, colours chemicals and oil-energy industry. The multiple regression equation is as follow. Y = -1593666.752 + 4.8285X7 + 9.9679X10 Y The demand of area for industrial real-estate. X7 The demand of area for fertilizer, colours and chemicals industry. X10 The demand of area for oil and energy industry. The area for fertilizer, colours and chemicals industry has been estimated from the fertilizer consumption. The area for oil-energy industry has been estimated from the oil consumption as the following models. X7 = -1791351.83 + 1104.38Zt X10 = 381185 - 1928.50Z02 + 55.32Z03 Zt The consumption of fertilizer in agriculture Z0 The consumption of oil. Using 5% significant level, the results of statistical analysis show that the variation in the area of industrial real-estate has been explained by the area of fertilizer, colours chemicals industry as well as oil-energy industry at 99.20%. Hence, the variation in the area of fertilizer, colours and chemicals industry has been explained by the fertilizer consumption at 90.05%. And 84.62% of the variation in the area of oil-energy industry is attributed to the variation in oil consumption.
