Abstract

วิทยานิพนธ์นี้มีจุดประสงค์ เพื่อออกแบบระบบควบคุมความปลอดภัยในการผ่านเข้า-ออกของบุคคลภายในอาคารสำนักงาน โดยใช้บัตรคลื่นวิทยุติดตัวบุคคลเป็นหลัก ซึ่งมุ่งเน้นความสะดวกแก่บุคคลในการผ่านเข้าพื้นที่ต่าง ๆ เสมือนกับว่าไม่มีการเข้มงวดกวดขันหรือจ้องจับผิดบุคคลเหล่านั้น เป็นการให้เกียรติ อันจะทำให้เกิดความประทับใจ และภาพลักษณ์ดีแก่หน่วยงาน ระบบนี้จะแบ่งเป็น 2 ส่วน คือ ส่วนควบคุมกลางและบริหารระบบ กับส่วนควบคุมการผ่านเข้า- ออกเฉพาะพื้นที่ ซึ่งคอมพิวเตอร์ของส่วนต่าง ๆ นี้จะต่อเข้าหากัน โดยอาศัยระบบเครือข่ายที่มีใช้งานอยู่แล้ว ภายในอาคารสำนักงานนั้น การทำงานจะตรวจสอบสิทธิของบุคคล ถ้าพบว่ามีผู้ไม่มีสิทธิปะปนเข้ามาในกลุ่มของผู้มีสิทธิระบบจะให้ผ่านโดยการรูดรหัสแท่งที่ติดอยู่กับตัวบัตรคลื่นวิทยุ เพื่อให้เข้าทีละคน สำหรับผู้บริหารระบบและเจ้าหน้าที่รักษาความปลอดภัย จะมีหน้าที่เตรียมข้อมูลและควบคุมบริหารระบบที่ส่วนกลาง ซึ่งสามารถเฝ้าดู ความเคลื่อนไหวตามจุดต่าง ๆ ได้ทางจอคอมพิวเตอร์ ซึ่งเครื่องรวมและสลับสัญญาณวิดีโอ จะแสดงผลตามลำดับความสำคัญหรือความเร่งด่วนของเหตุการณ์ตามที่ได้ตั้งโปรแกรมไว้ล่วงหน้า รวมทั้งสามารถทำรายงานเกี่ยวกับจำนวนบุคคล และเวลาผ่านเข้า-ออกตามจุดต่าง ๆ ตำแหน่งที่อยู่ของบุคคลในขณะนั้น และสิ่งผิดปกติต่าง ๆ จะมีการบันทึกเพื่อตรวจสอบในภายหลังได้

Other Abstract (Other language abstract of ETD)

The objective of this theses is to design the security system for the access control inside the office building. The system will adopt the use of Tag which emphasize the convenient of the authorized personnel and make the atmosphere appear to be friendly. It is suitable where good impression and the image of the organization is at stake while the security is not compromised. The system consists of two parts: a) the central control and system administration part, and b) the designated access control points. They are all connected through the existing Local Area Network in the building. The system operation will verify the authorization of the personnel. If the system detect the unauthorized presence among the group of the personnel. It will allow the passage only to the person whose bar code on the Tag is verfied. The system administrator and the securities personnel will have to prepare all data profile and the setup the central control which can monitor all activities in the designated areas through the monitor. VDO compressor and multiplexer will display the images on screen in the programmed sequence. The system will also record the number of people, time of access at each point, the current location of each individual and any abnormality for investigation if needed at later time.
