Abstract

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ เพื่อสร้างและทดสอบโมเดลลิสเรล (Lisrel model) ความพึงพอใจในการทำวิจัยของมหาบัณฑิต คณะครุศาสตร์ จุฬาลงกรณ์มหาวิทยาลัย ที่ประยุกต์มาจากแนวคิดของ Luthans และทฤษฎีของ Porter and Lawler กลุ่มประชากร คือ ผู้สำเร็จการศึกษาตามหลักสูตรครุศาสตร์มหาบัณฑิต จุฬาลงกรณ์มหาวิทยาลัย ที่มีการทำวิทยานิพนธ์และสำเร็จการศึกษาในช่วงปี 2534-2538 จาก 11 ภาควิชา จำนวน 1,368 คน กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการศึกษามีขนาด 631 คน ได้จากการสุ่มแบบแบ่งชั้นไม่เป็นสัดส่วน (unproportional stratified random sampling) ตามภาควิชา ภาควิชาละ 60 คน หลังจากได้รับแบบสอบถามกลับคืนมาแล้วทำการแบ่งกลุ่มตัวอย่างเป็น 2 กลุ่ม คือ กลุ่มที่ทำวิจัยกับกลุ่มที่ไม่ได้ทำวิจัยหลังจากจบการศึกษา จากนั้นทำการสุ่มอย่างง่าย (simple random sampling) เพื่อแบ่งกลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ได้ออกเป็นอีก 2 กลุ่ม กลุ่มแรกนำมาใช้ในการสร้างและพัฒนาโมเดลตามแนวคิดทฤษฎี กลุ่มที่สองนำมาทดสอบโมเดลที่สร้างและพัฒนาขึ้น เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยเป็นแบบสอบถาม 1 ชุด จำนวนข้อคำถาม 67 ข้อ วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยการหาค่าสถิติพื้นฐานด้วยโปรแกรม SPSSPC+ และโปรแกรมลิสเรล (Lisrel VIII) ในการตรวจสอบความสอดคล้องของโมเดลกับข้อมูลเชิงประจักษ์ ผลการวิจัยสรุปได้ว่า โมเดลที่ผู้วิจัยสร้างมีความสอดคล้องกับข้อมูลเชิงประจักษ์ได้ค่าไค-สแควร์ (chi-square) เท่ากับ 8.453;P = 0.904 ที่องศาอิสระ (df) 15 ค่า GFI เท่ากับ 0.994 ค่า AGFI เท่ากับ 0.969 ค่าเศษเหลือในรูปคะแนนมาตรฐานเท่ากับ 1.424 ค่าสัมประสิทธิ์การพยากรณ์ (R SQUARE) เท่ากับ 0.999 แสดงว่าตัวแปรในโมเดลอธิบายความแปรปรวนของความพึงพอใจในการทำวิจัยได้ร้อยละ 99.9 โดยที่ตัวแปรต้นทุกตัวในโมเดลมีอิทธิพลต่อความพึงพอใจในการทำวิจัย สำหรับผลการวิเคราะห์เพื่อทดสอบโมเดลความพึงพอใจในการทำวิจัยพบว่า โมเดลที่ผู้วิจัยสร้างขึ้นนั้นยังมีข้อจำกัดในการนำไปใช้กับอีกกลุ่มตัวอย่างหนึ่งที่มาจากประชากรเดียวกัน

Other Abstract (Other language abstract of ETD)

The purpose of this research was to develop and cross validate a model for research satisfaction of master's degree graduate, Faculty of Education, Chulalongkorn University, based on the Luthan's satisfaction model and the Porter and Lawler motivation model. The population consisted of 1368 master's degree graduates, from eleven departments, Faculty of Education, Chulalongkorn University who had conducted thesis during 1991-1995 academic years. The sample consisted of 631 graduates, selected by unproportional stratified random sampling. The sample was characterized into two groups, one group who conducted research, another who did not conduct research. The first group was used to develop model and the second one was used for testing cross validation. Data were collected by using questionnaires. Descriptive statistics by SPSSPC+ was used to analyze the background of the sample. The LISREL version 8.10 was applied to test the consistent with empirical data. The result indicated that a model was consistent with empirical data. Model validation of the best fitted model provided the chi-square value 8.453; P = 0.904, df = 15, GFI = 0.994, AGFI = 0.969, LSR = 1.424, RMR = 0.999. This model was able to account for variance of research satisfaction about 99.9 percent. Nevertheless the result of cross validation indicated that the model was not fit with another group from the same sample.
