Abstract

ศึกษาความคิดเห็นของผู้บริหารและครูเกี่ยวกับ การศึกษาเพื่อส่งเสริมเด็กปัญญาเลิศ ด้านวิทยาศาสตร์และเทคโนโลยี ในโรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษา สังกัดกรมสามัญศึกษา กรุงเทพมหานคร โดยใช้วิธีวิจัยแบบสำรวจและวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยการหาค่ามัชฌิมเลขคณิต ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน เปรียบเทียบความแตกต่างของค่ามัชฌิมเลขคณิตโดยการทดสอบค่าที (T-test) และเปรียบเทียบความคิดเห็นของผู้บริหารและครู ในโรงเรียนที่มีขนาดต่างกันโดยการทดสอบค่าเอฟ (F-test) ผลการวิจัยพบว่า (1) ผู้บริหารและครูในโรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษา สังกัดกรมสามัญศึกษา กรุงเทพมหานคร มีความสนใจและเห็นด้วยกับแนวทางในการพัฒนาเด็กปัญญาเลิศ และการจัดการศึกษาเพื่อส่งเสริมเด็กปัญญาเลิศ ด้านวิทยาศาสตร์และเทคโนโลยี ในโรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษาในระดับมาก แนวทางในการพัฒนาเด็กปัญญาเลิศที่เห็นด้วยมากที่สุดคือ การพัฒนาเด็กปัญญาเลิศควรพัฒนาทั้งร่างกาย จิตใจ อารมณ์ และสังคมไปพร้อมๆ กัน ส่วนการจัดการศึกษาเพื่อส่งเสริมเด็กปัญญาเลิศ ด้านวิทยาศาสตร์และเทคโนโลยี ในโรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษาที่เห็นด้วยมากที่สุดคือ การพิจารณาจากผลงานของนักเรียนทั้งทางด้านวิทยาศาสตร์และคณิตศาสตร์ ในการคัดแยกเด็กปัญญาเลิศด้านวิทยาศาสตร์ หลักสูตรควรเปิดโอกาสให้เด็กศึกษาค้นคว้าด้วยตนเองให้มาก และในการจัดรูปแบบหรือโปรแกรมการศึกษา ควรเปิดโอกาสให้เด็กศึกษาโดยใช้ชุดการสอน ที่จัดให้เด็กโดยเฉพาะด้วยการค้นคว้าหาคำตอบเองโดยอิสระ และควรมีการเสริมการเรียนในเรื่องทันสมัยที่เกิดขึ้นในปัจจุบัน ตามความสามารถและความสนใจของเด็กเก่ง (2) ผู้บริหารและครูมีความคิดเห็นเกี่ยวกับการศึกษา เพื่อส่งเสริมเด็กปัญญาเลิศด้านวิทยาศาสตร์และเทคโนโลยี ในโรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษาไม่แตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 เมื่อพิจารณาเป็นรายด้าน แต่เมื่อพิจารณาเป็นรายข้อพบว่า ผู้บริหารมีความเห็นด้วยมากกว่าครู อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 จำนวน 8 ข้อ และ (3) ผู้บริหารและครูในโรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษา สังกัดกรมสามัญศึกษา กรุงเทพมหานคร ในโรงเรียนขนาดใหญ่ ขนาดกลาง และขนาดเล็กมีความคิดเห็นเกี่ยวกับการศึกษา เพื่อส่งเสริมเด็กปัญญาเลิศด้านวิทยาศาสตร์และเทคโนโลยี ในโรงเรียนมัธยมศึกษา ไม่แตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 เมื่อพิจารณาเป็นรายด้าน แต่เมื่อพิจารณาเป็นรายข้อพบว่ามีความคิดเห็นแตกต่างกัน อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 เพียงข้อเดียว

Other Abstract (Other language abstract of ETD)

To study the opinions of administrators and teachers concerning education to promote the gifted children in science and technology in secondary schools under the jurisdiction of the department of General of Education, Bangkok metropolis. The result of the research indicated that (1) The administrators and teachers in secondary schools under the jurisdiction of the department of general of education, Bangkok metropolis were interested and agreed in the approach of development and the educational management to promote the gifted children in science and technology in secondary schools at high level. The approach to develop the gifted children which was the most agreeable was that they should be simultaneously developted on physical, mental, mood and social. Besides, the educational management to promote the gifted children which was the most agreeable was that viewing the student performance in science and mathematics in order to select the gifted children in science. The curriculum should give an opportunity to the children to study and search by themselves. (2) The opinion between the administrators and teachers concerning education to promote the gifted children in science and technology in secondary schools was not different at .05 significant level in each parts. When we considered in to items, there were 8 items which were different. And (3) the opinion of the administrators and teachers in secondary schools under the jurisdiction of the Department of the General Education with different enrolments was not different at .05 significant level in each parts. When we considered in to items, there was only one item which was different.
