Abstract

ศึกษาการจัดกิจกรรมสิ่งแวดล้อมศึกษา ในองค์กรเอกชนที่จัดกิจกรรมสิ่งแวดล้อมศึกษา และจดทะเบียนด้านการคุ้มครองส่งเสริมและรักษาคุณภาพสิ่งแวดล้อม ตั้งแต่ พ.ศ. 2535-2540 จำนวน 35 องค์กร กลุ่มตัวอย่าง ได้แก่ ผู้บริหารองค์กรและผู้จัดกิจกรรมสิ่งแวดล้อมศึกษา แบ่งเป็นผู้บริหาร 35 คน ผู้จัดกิจกรรมสิ่งแวดล้อมศึกษา 35 คน ผู้วิจัยสร้างแบบสอบถามขึ้นเองและเก็บข้อมูลด้วยตนเองและทางไปรษณีย์ ได้รับแบบสอบถามกลับคืนมา จำนวน 64 ฉบับ คิดเป็นร้อยละ 91.4 แล้วนำข้อมูลมาวิเคราะห์ โดยหาค่าร้อยละ มัชฌิมเลขคณิต และส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1.วัตถุประสงค์ของการจัดกิจกรรมสิ่งแวดล้อมศึกษา กำหนดเพื่อให้มีความรู้มากที่สุด รองลงมาคือเพื่อให้มีส่วนร่วม และความตระหนักเกี่ยวกับสิ่งแวดล้อม 2. เนื้อหาสิ่งแวดล้อมศึกษา ส่วนใหญ่เป็นเนื้อหาด้านการพัฒนากับสิ่งแวดล้อม ซึ่งเน้นเรื่องป่าไม้และสัตว์ป่ามากที่สุด 3.การจัดกิจกรรมสิ่งแวดล้อมศึกษา พบว่า จัดกิจกรรมด้านการฝึกอบรม มากที่สุด ใช้วิธีการบรรยายมากที่สุด รองลงมา คือ การให้ผู้เข้าร่วมกิจกรรมแสดงความคิดเห็น และการใช้กระบวนการกลุ่ม 4. สื่อที่ใช้ในการจัดกิจกรรมสิ่งแวดล้อมศึกษา ส่วนใหญ่พบว่าใช้รูปภาพ สไลด์ สไลด์เทป และวิดิทัศน์ที่เกี่ยวกับสิ่งแวดล้อม 5.การประเมินผลส่วนใหญ่ใช้วิธีการสังเกต โดยประเมินในด้านการมีส่วนร่วมมากที่สุด 6.ปัญหาการจัดกิจกรรมสิ่งแวดล้อมศึกษาในองค์กรเอกชน พบว่ามีปัญหาด้านงบประมาณ มากที่สุด

Other Abstract (Other language abstract of ETD)

To study the organizing of the environmental education of 35 organizations which were registered for Environmental Education Act during 1992-1997. The sample was composed of organizing administrators and 35 organizers. The 70 questionnaires were collected by the researcher and sent by mail. Sixty-four questionnaires or 91.4 percents were returned. The data were then analyzed in terms of percentage, mean and standard deviations. The results were as follows: 1. The objectives of the organizing the environmental education activities were mostly emphasised on knowledge, participation and awareness in environment. 2.The environmental education content were mostly emphasised on forestry development and wild animals development. 3. The organizing in environmental education activities was mostly emphasised on training activities using lecture, opinion expressions and group process respectively. 4. Teaching materials were pictures, slides, slide tapes and video tapes on environmental education. 5. Observation on students participation was mostly used in measurement and evaluation. 6. The budgets were found to be the most important problem in organizing the environmental education activities on non-governmental organizations
