Abstract

ศึกษาสภาพและปัญหาการดำเนินงานของ สมาคมว่ายน้ำสมัครเล่นแห่งประเทศไทย และเปรียบเทียบสภาพและปัญหาการดำเนินงานของ สมาคมว่ายน้ำสมัครเล่นแห่งประเทศไทย ตามการรับรู้ของผู้บริหารสมาคมว่ายน้ำ ผู้จัดการทีม ผู้ฝึกสอนและนักกีฬาว่ายน้ำ โดยส่งแบบสำรวจให้กับคณะกรรมการบริหาร สมาคมว่ายน้ำสมัครเล่นแห่งประเทศไทยฝ่ายต่างๆ จำนวน 10 ฉบับ ได้รับแบบสำรวจกลับคืนมา จำนวน 10 ฉบับ คิดเป็นร้อยละ 100 และส่งแบบสอบถามให้ผู้บริหารสมาคมว่ายน้ำ 28 ฉบับ ผู้จัดการทีม จำนวน 83 ฉบับ ผู้ฝึกสอน จำนวน 83 ฉบับ และนักกีฬาว่ายน้ำทีมชาติ จำนวน 40 ฉบับ รวมทั้งสิ้น 234 ฉบับ ได้รับกลับคืนมา จำนวน 199 ฉบับ คิดเป็นร้อยละ 85.04 แล้วนำข้อมูลมาวิเคราะห์หาค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และวิเคราะห์ความแปรปรวนทางเดียว และทดสอบความแตกต่างรายคู่โดยวิธีของเชฟเฟ ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1. สภาพการดำเนินงานโดยรวมของสมาคมว่ายน้ำสมัครเล่นแห่งประเทศไทย มีการดำเนินงานอยู่ในระดับพอใช้ และสภาพการดำเนินงานในแต่ละด้าน ซึ่งประกอบด้วย 7 ด้าน คือ ด้านการวางแผน ด้านการจัดองค์การ ด้านการจัดบุคลากร ด้านงบประมาณ ด้านสถานที่ วัสดุอุปกรณ์ ด้านการประสานงาน และด้านการรายงานผล มีการดำเนินงานอยู่ในระดับพอใช้ ยกเว้นด้านการอำนวยการเพียงด้านเดียวที่อยู่ในระดับดี 2. ปัญหาในการดำเนินงานโดยรวมของสมาคมว่ายน้ำสมัครเล่นแห่งประเทศไทย มีปัญหาอยู่ในระดับมาก และปัญหาในการดำเนินงานในแต่ละด้าน ซึ่งประกอบด้วย 8 ด้าน คือ ด้านการวางแผน ด้านการจัดองค์การ ด้านการจัดบุคลากร ด้านงบประมาณ ด้านสถานที่ วัสดุอุปกรณ์ ด้านการอำนวยการ ด้านการประสานงาน และด้านการรายงานผล มีปัญหาในการดำเนินงานอยู่ในระดับมากทุกด้านเช่นเดียวกัน 3. ผู้บริหารสมาคมว่ายน้ำ ผู้จัดการทีม ผู้ฝึกสอนและนักกีฬาว่ายน้ำ มีการรับรู้เกี่ยวกับสภาพการดำเนินงานของสมาคมว่ายน้ำสมัครแห่งประเทศไทย โดยรวม แตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 และสภาพการดำเนินงานในแต่ละด้านแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 ในทุกด้านเช่นเดียวกัน 4. ผู้บริหารสมาคมว่ายน้ำ ผู้จัดการทีม ผู้ฝึกสอนและนักกีฬาว่ายน้ำ มีการรับรู้เกี่ยวกับปัญหาในการดำเนินงานของ สมาคมว่ายน้ำสมัคเล่นแห่งประเทศไทย โดยรวม ไม่แตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 และปัญหาในการดำเนินงาน ในแต่ละด้านมีจำนวน 6 ด้าน คือ ด้านการวางแผน ด้านการจัดองค์การ ด้านการจัดบุคลากร ด้านการอำนวยการ ด้านการประสานงาน และด้านการรายงานผล ไม่แตกต่างอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 ส่วนในด้างบประมาณและด้านสถานที่ วัสดุอุปกรณ์ แตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.5

Other Abstract (Other language abstract of ETD)

To study and compare the state and problems of the Thai Amateur Swimming Association as perceived by the board of the Thai Amateur Swimming Association, the team manager, the trainers and athletes. Ten questionnaires were sent to the committee of the Thai Amateur Swimming Association and 1o or 100 percent of questionnaires were returned. The questionnaires were also sent to 28 boards of the Association, 83 team managers, 83 trainers, and 40 Thailand National Swimmers. The total of 234 questionnaires were sent out and 199 (or 85.04 percent) were returned. The data were then analyzed in terms of percentages, means and standard deviations. One-Way ANOVA was use to test the significant differences. The Scheffe method was also employed to determine the significant differences between means. The findings were as follows: 1. The whole proceeding state of the Thai Amateur Swimming Association was at the moderate level in the areas of planning, organization, staff organization, budgeting, location and material, co-ordinating and reporting while the directing area was at the good level. 2. All problems of the Thai Amateur Swimming Associations were at the high level in the areas of planning, organization, staff organization, budgeting, location and material, directing, co-ordinating and reporting. 3. The whole proceeding state of the Thai Amateur Swimming Association as perceived by the Association board, team manager, trainers, and athletes was significantly different at the .05 level and the procedures in each area was also significantly different at the .05 level. 4. The problems of the whole proceeding of the Thai Amateur Swimming Association as perceived by the Association board, team manager, trainers, and athletes were not significantly different at the .05 level and the procedures in the areas of planning, staff organizing, directing and co-ordinating, organizing and reporting were not significantly different at the .05 level, whereas the areas of budgeting, location and material were significantly different at the .05 level
