Abstract

การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาการปฏิบัติงานของครูวิทยาศาสตร์ดีเด่น ระดับประถมศึกษาในด้านการสอน การจัดกิจกรรมสร้างเสริมความสนใจทางวิทยาศาสตร์ การพัฒนาตนเองด้านการสอนวิทยาศาสตร์ และการบริการความรู้ทางด้านวิทยาศาสตร์แก่สังคม ตัวอย่างประชากรเป็นครูวิทยาศาสตร์ดีเด่น ระดับประถมศึกษาที่ได้รับรางวัลครูวิทยาศาสตร์ดีเด่น จากสมาคมวิทยาศาสตร์แห่งประเทศไทย ใน พระบรมราชูปถัมภ์ ตั้งแต่ พ.ศ. 2526 - 2538 จำนวน 25 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยเป็นแบบสอบถาม แบบสัมภาษณ์ และแบบสังเกต ผลการวิจัยสรุปได้ดังนี้ ด้านการสอนพบว่า ครูส่วนใหญ่มีการเตรียมการสอนล่วงหน้าทุกครั้ง จัดกิจกรรมการเรียนการสอน โดยเน้นทักษะกระบวนการทางวิทยาศาสตร์ ใช้สื่อการสอนที่ผลิตขึ้นเอง วัดและประเมินผลด้วยวิธีการสังเกต ด้านการจัดกิจกรรมสร้างเสริมความสนใจทางวิทยาศาสตร์ พบว่า ครูส่วนใหญ่จัดกิจกรรมสร้างเสริมความสนใจทางวิทยาศาสตร์ในห้องเรียน ได้แก่ การรายงานข่าวเกี่ยวกับวิทยาศาสตร์ และการจัดป้ายนิเทศเกี่ยวกับวิทยาศาสตร์ ครูส่วนใหญ่จัดกิจกรรมสร้างเสริมความสนใจทางวิทยาศาสตร์นอกห้องเรียน ได้แก่ การจัดตอบปัญหาเกี่ยวกับวิทยาศาสตร์ และการจัดนิทรรศการเกี่ยวกับวิทยาศาสตร์ และครูบางส่วนจัดโครงงานวิทยาศาสตร์ ค่ายวิทยาศาสตร์ ด้านการพัฒนาตนเองในการสอนวิทยาศาสตร์ พบว่า ครูส่วนใหญ่เข้ารับการอบรมสัมมนาเกี่ยวกับการสอนวิทยาศาสตร์ ศึกษาค้นคว้าความรู้จากเอกสารทางวิชาการต่าง ๆ ที่เกี่ยวกับวิทยาศาสตร์ และไปศึกษาดูงาน ด้านการบริการความรู้ทางวิทยาศาสตร์แก่สังคม พบว่า ครูส่วนใหญ่เป็นวิทยากร เผยแพร่ความรู้เกี่ยวกับการจัดการเรียนการสอนให้คำปรึกษาแนะนำแก่เพื่อนครู และจัดทำเอกสารต่าง ๆ ที่เกี่ยวกับการเรียนการสอนวิทยาศาสตร์เผยแพร่ให้แก่เพื่อนครู

Other Abstract (Other language abstract of ETD)

The purpose of this research was to study the performance of outstanding science teachers at the elementary education level, in teaching, activity to encourage of science interest, self - development of science teaching and service of science knowledge to society. The samples were 25 the outstanding science teachers at the elementary education level who awarded form the science society of Thailand under the Royal Patronage during 1982 - 1995. The research instruments were the interview, questionnaires and observation. The research findings were as follows : 1. In teaching, Most outstanding science teachers prepared the instruction beforehand every period, to produce their own instructional materials, measuring instruction by observation approach. 2. Activity to encourage of science interest inside classrooms, Most arranged activity were the science report and science bulletin board. Activity to encourage of science interest outside classrooms, Most arranged activity were science problem solving competition. 3. Self - development of science teaching, most outstanding science teachers were interested to science teaching seminar, to take counsel with others, to study about science teaching. 4. Service of science knowledge to society, most outstanding science teachers were an expert of science teaching, to counsel or help the teachers, to arrange science of document.
