Abstract

ศึกษาสภาพและปัญหาการใช้หลักสูตรคอมพิวเตอร์พื้นฐาน ในโรงเรียนประถมศึกษาที่ได้รับรางวัลพระราชทาน สังกัดสำนักงานคณะกรรมการการประถมศึกษาแห่งชาติ ประชากรที่ใช้ในการวิจัยคือ โรงเรียนประถมศึกษาที่มีการใช้หลักสูตรคอมพิวเตอร์พื้นฐาน จำนวน 6 โรงเรียน ผู้ให้ข้อมูลประกอบด้วย ผู้บริหารโรงเรียน ผู้ช่วยผู้บริหารฝ่ายวิชาการ ครูหัวหน้ากลุ่มการงานและพื้นฐานอาชีพ ครูผู้สอนคอมพิวเตอร์พื้นฐาน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ได้แก่ แบบสัมภาษณ์แบบกึ่งโครงสร้าง แบบสังเกตการสอน และแบบศึกษาเอกสาร วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยการวิเคราะห์เนื้อหา แล้วนำเสนอในลักษณะของการบรรยาย ผลการวิจัยพบว่า (1) การแปลงหลักสูตรไปสู่การสอน โรงเรียนมีการวางแผนการใช้หลักสูตร ศึกษารายละเอียดของหลักสูตร จัดทำกำหนดการสอน แผนการสอน/บันทึกการสอน โดยยึดแนวทางจากแนวการจัดกิจกรรมคอมพิวเตอร์พื้นฐาน ระดับประถมศึกษาของกระทรวงศึกษาธิการ และปรับให้เข้ากับสภาพของโรงเรียนและนักเรียน โรงเรียนไม่ประสบปัญหาเกี่ยวกับการแปลงหลักสูตรไปสู่การสอน (2) การจัดปัจจัยและสภาพต่างๆ ภายในโรงเรียน โรงเรียนเตรียมบุคลากรโดยจัดส่งครูเข้ารับการประชุม/อบรม/สัมมนาเกี่ยวกับคอมพิวเตอร์ จัดครูเข้าสอนโดยคำนึงถึงความรู้ความสามารถ และความสนใจเกี่ยวกับคอมพิวเตอร์ จัดตั้งคณะกรรมการเพื่อจัดทำตารางสอนโดยจัดปีการศึกษาละ 1 ครั้ง จัดบริการสื่อการเรียนการสอน ได้แก่ เครื่องคอมพิวเตอร์ เครื่องพิมพ์คอมพิวเตอร์ T.V.Coder และซอฟต์แวร์พื้นฐานที่ใช้ในกิจกรรมการเรียนการสอน จัดอาคารสถานที่โดยปรับปรุงห้องเรียนที่มีอยู่เดิม เป็นห้องปฏิบัติการคอมพิวเตอร์ ปัญหาที่พบคือ ขาดครูผู้สอน เนื่องจากขาดการวางแผนการเตรียมบุคลากร และห้องปฏิบัติการคอมพิวเตอร์มีขนาดคับแคบ (3) การสอน ครูผู้สอนเตรียมการสอนโดยการศึกษาเอกสาร ศึกษาโปรแกรมคอมพิวเตอร์ที่ใช้สอน ทำกำหนดการสอน แผนการสอน/บันทึกการสอน จัดกิจกรรมการเรียนการสอนโดยยึดครูเป็นศูนย์กลาง กิจกรรมที่ใช้ได้แก่ การบรรยาย การสาธิต และการให้นักเรียนฝึกปฏิบัติ สอดแทรกคุณธรรม จริยธรรม เจตคติที่ดีระหว่างสอน และใช้สื่อประกอบการเรียนการสอน จัดกิจกรรมเสริมการเรียนการสอน เทคนิคการสอน และวิธีสอนที่ใช้ในการสอนภาคทฤษฎีคือ วิธีสอนแบบบรรยายและในภาคปฏิบัติใช้วิธีสอนแบบสาธิตวัดและประเมินผลการเรียนของนักเรียนทั้งภาคทฤษฎีและภาคปฏิบัติ ปัญหาที่พบ คือ เวลาที่ใช้สอนไม่เพียงพอ และเครื่องคอมพิวเตอร์ขัดข้องบ่อย

Other Abstract (Other language abstract of ETD)

To study about the state and problems of basic computer curriculum implementation in the royal awarded primary schools under the jurisdiction of the Office of the National Primary Education Commission. Population used in the research contain six primary schools which used basic computer curriculum implementation. Data providers were school administrative directors, vice academic directors, work oriented experience head teachers and teachers of basic computer. Tools used contain semi-structured interview form, teaching observation form and document study. The data analysis is done by content analysis and presented in table with description. From the result of research, it was found that : (1) In transferring of curriculum to teaching, the school prepared the plans of curriculum implementation, studied the particulars of the curriculum, made teaching schedules, lesson plan, studying the basic computer activities arragement guidelines in primary education level of the Ministry of Education, and adjusted to conform to the condition of the school and student. The school did not have problems on transferring curriculum to teaching. (2) In arranging factors and conditions within school, the school prepared personnel by arranging teachers to participate in the meeting/training/seminar on computer, arranging teachers to teach students by considering knowledge, capability and interest on computer, established a committee for preparing study timetable once a academic year, provided teaching and learning media service including computer, computer printer, T.V.coder and basic software used in teaching and learning activities, arranged buildings and premises by improving existing classrooms to be computer labs. The problems encountered contain lacking of teacher as there was no planning of personnel preparation and the area of the computer labs were not big enough. (3) Regarding teaching, teacher prepared teaching by studying documents, computer programs prepared teaching schedules, lesson plans and arranged teaching and learning activities by teacher-centered. The activities used were lecturing, demonstrating and allowing students to practice, integrated virtues, ethics during teaching, using of teaching and learning media and arranging supplemental teaching and learning activities. The teaching techniques, and method using in theoretical teaching was lecture and in practical teaching was demonstration. There will be measurement and evaluation in both theory and practice part. The problems encountered contain insufficient teaching time and frequently obstructed computer.
