Abstract

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาพฤติกรรมเสียงทางสุขภาพในสถานที่ทำงานของพยาบาลวิชาชีพโรงพยาบาลศูนย์ความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างปัจจัยส่วนบุคคล สิ่งแวดล้อมการทำงานกับพฤติกรรมเสี่ยงทางสุขภาพในสถานที่ทำงานของพยาบาลวิชาชีพโรงพยาบาลศูนย์รวมทั้งศึกษาตัวแปรที่สามารถพยากรณ์พฤติกรรมเสี่ยงทางสุขภาพในสถานที่ทำงานของพยาบาลวิชาชีพ กลุ่มตัวอย่างคือ พยาบาลวิชาชีพ โรงพยาบาลศูนย์ ซึ่งมีประสบการณ์ตั้งแต่ 1 ปีขึ้นไปจำนวน 479 คน ซึ่งได้จากการสุ่มแบบหลายขั้นตอน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยเป็นแบบสอบถามสิ่งแวดล้อมการทำงาน และแบบสอบถามพฤติกรรมเสี่ยงทางสุขภาพ ที่ผู้วิจัยสร้างขึ้น ซึ่งตรวจสอบความตรงตามเนื้อหาแล้ว และมีค่าความเที่ยงเท่ากับ .88 และ .82 ตามละดับผลการวิจัยสรุปได้ดังนี้ 1. ค่าเฉลี่ยพฤติกรรมเสี่ยงทางสุขภาพในสถานที่ทำงานของพยาบาลวิชาชีพ โรงพยาบาลศูนย์ โดยรวมอยู่ในระดับต่ำเมื่อพิจารณาตามรายด้านคือ พฤติกรรมเสี่ยงทางสุขภาพด้านกายภาพ ด้านชีวภาพ และด้านจิตสังคมอยู่ในระดับต่ำ ส่วนพฤติกรรมเสี่ยงทางสุขภาพด้านสารเคมี อยู่ในระดับต่ำที่สุด2. การปฏิบัติงายามวิกาล มีความสัมพันธ์ทางบวก กับพฤติกรรมเสี่ยงทางสุขภาพในสถานที่ทำงาน (r=.22) ส่วน อายุ ประสบการณ์การทำงาน จำนวนบุตรในความดูแลและสิ่งแวดล้อม มีความสัมพันธ์ทางลบกับพฤติกรรมเสี่ยงทางสุขภาพในสถานที่ทำงาน (r =-.29,-.30,-.12,-.16ตามลำดับ) แผนกการปฏิบัติงานและตำแหน่ง มีความสัมพันธ์กับ พฤติกรรมเสี่ยงทางสุขภาพในสถานที่ทำงาน (V=. 17,-23 ตามลำดับ) อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 ส่วนสภาพสมรสและภูมิลำเนา ไม่มีความสัมพันธ์กับพฤติกรรมเสี่ยงทางสุขภาพในสถานที่ทำงานของพยาบาลวิชาชีพ 3. ตัวแปรที่ร่วมกันพยากรณ์พฤติกรรมเสี่ยงทางสุขภาพในสถานที่ทำงานของพยาบาลวิชาชีพโรงพยาบาลศูนย์ อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 ตามลำดับ คือ ประสบการณ์การทำงาน แผนกการปฏิบัติงาน สิ่งแวดล้อมการทำงาน ภูมิลำเนาและตำแหน่ง สามารถร่วมกันพยากรณ์ พฤติกรรมเสี่ยงทางสุขภาพในสถานที่ทำงานของพยาบาลวิชาชีพได้ร้อยละ 15.10 (R2 = .1510) ได้สมการพยากรณ์ ในรูปคะแนนมาตรฐานดังนี้Z = -.2106 EXPE - .1553 SECT - .1299 ENVI - .0866 REGI + .1166 LEVE

The purposes of this research were to study health risk behaviors in the workplace of professional nurses | relationships between personal factors | working environment and health risk behaviors in the workplace of professional nurses, Regional Hospitals and Medical Centers and to search for variables that would be able to predict health risk behaviors in the workplace of professional nurses. The subjects consisted of 479 professional nurses which selected by multistage sampling teachnique. The research instruments were questionnaires developed by the researcher consisted of working environment and health risk behaviors questionnaires which were tested for content validity and the reliability were .88 and .82 Major findings were as follow : 1. The mean score of health risk behaviors in the workplace of professional nurses was at low level. The means score of health risk behaviors in the aspects of physical, biological, psychosocial were at low level and the chemical aspect was at the lowest level. 2. There were positively significant relationships between shiftwork and health risk behaviors in the workplace. (r=.22). But age, experience, number of children and the environment had negatively relationships with health risk behaviors in the workplace^ =-.29,-.30,-.12 and -.16 ) and department | position had relationships with health risk behaviors in the workplace (V=. 17,.23), at the .05 level. Marital status and region had no relationships with health risk behaviors in the workplace. 3. Factor significantly predicted health risk behaviors in the workplace of professional nurses were experience 7department, environment. region and position 7 at the .05 level. These predictors accounted for 15.10 percent. (R2 = .1510) of the variance.
