Abstract

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาการบริหารการพยาบาลของหัวหน้าหอผู้ป่วยในยุคภาวะวิกฤต เศรษฐกิจ โรงพยาบาลศูนย์ ในด้านการวางแผน การจัดระบบงาน การอำนวยการ และการควบคุมงาน เปรียบเทียบการบริหารการพยาบาลของหัวหน้าหอผู้ป่วยในยุคภาวะวิกฤตเศรษฐกิจ โรงพยาบาลศูนย์ จำแนกตามระดับการศึกษา ประสบการณ์ในตำแหน่งบริหาร การได้รับการอบรมทางการบริหาร และภาวะผู้นำของหัวหน้าหอผู้ป่วย กลุ่มตัวอย่างคือ หัวหน้าหอผู้ป่วยโรงพยาบาลศูนย์ 14 แห่ง จำนวน 287 คน ตอบแบบสอบถามการบริหารการพยาบาลของหัวหน้าหอผู้ป่วยในยุคภาวะวิกฤตเศรษฐกิจ และพยาบาลวิชาชีพ จำนวน 861 คน ซึ่งเป็นผู้ใด้บังคับบัญชาของหัวหน้าหอผู้ป่วยดังกล่าวมาอย่างน้อย 1 ปี ตอบแบบสอบถามภาวะ ผู้นำของหัวหน้าหอผู้ป่วย เลือกกลุ่มตัวอย่างโดยวิธีการสุ่มแบบแบ่งชั้นภูมิ เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยเป็นแบบสอบถามการบริหารการพยาบาลของหัวหน้าหอผู้ป่วยในยุคภาวะวิกฤตเศรษฐกิจ และแบบสอบถามภาวะ ผู้นำของหัวหน้าหอผู้ป่วยที่ผ่านการทดสอบความตรงตามเนี้อหา และทดสอบความเที่ยงด้วยวิธีของ ครอนบาค มีค่าความเที่ยง .98 และ .96 ตามลำดับ วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยหาค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน สถิติทดสอบเอฟ สถิติทดสอบที และสถิติทดสอบครุสคัล-วอลลิส ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1. การบริหารการพยาบาลของหัวหน้าหอผู้ป่วยในยุคภาวะวิกฤตเศรษฐกิจ ในด้านการวางแผนการจัดระบบงาน การอำนวยการ และการควบคุมงาน ต้องคำนึงถึงคุณภาพการบริการพยาบาล การประหยัด ลดค่าใช้จ่าย เพิ่มรายได้ มีประสิทธิภาพ ประสิทธิผล ใช้ทรัพยากรให้คุ้มค่า คำนึงถึงความจำเป็นเป็นหลัก 2. การบริหารการพยาบาลของหัวหน้าหอผู้ป่วยไนยุคภาวะวิกฤตเศรษฐกิจโดยรวม อยู่ในระดับมากเมื่อจำแนกเป็นรายด้านพบว่า ด้านการวางแผน การจัดระบบงาน การอำนวยการ และการควบคุมงาน อยู่ในระดับมากเช่นกัน 3. หัวหน้าหอผู้ป่วยที่มีระดับการศึกษาสูงกว่าปริญญาตรี ปฏิบัติการบริหารการพยาบาลในยุคภาวะวิกฤตเศรษฐกิจมากกว่าหัวหน้าหอผู้ป่วยที่มีระดับการศึกษาต่ำกว่าปริญญาตรี และแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญ ทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 4. หัวหน้าหอผู้ป่วยจำแนกตามประสบการณ์ในตำแหน่งบริหาร การได้รับการอบรมทางการบริหาร และระดับภาวะผู้นำที่แตกต่างกัน ปฏิบัติการบริหารการพยาบาลในยุคภาวะวิกฤตเศรษฐกิจไม่แตกต่างกัน

Other Abstract (Other language abstract of ETD)

The purpose of this research were to study nursing management in the aspects of planning, organizing, directing and controlling of head nurses in the economic crisis situation. Regional Hospitals and Medical Centers and to compare nursing management classified by educational level, experiences in management, nursing management training and leadersnip of head nurses. Samples were 287 head nurses and 861 professional nurses, who were subordinate of each head nurses at least one year, selected by stratified random sampling. The instruments were nursing management of head nurses in the economic crisis situation questionnaire and head nurses' leadership questionnaire. The instruments were tested for content validity and the reliability were .98 and .96. Statistical methods used in data analysis included mean, standard deviation, F-test. t-test and Kruskal-Wallis test. The major findings were as follows : 1. Nursing management of head nurses in the economic crisis situation included planning, organizing, directing and controlling were depended on quality of nursing service, economize, reduce cost, increase income, efficiency, effectiveness, appropriate use of resource and consider of the necessity. 2. Nursing management of head nurses in the economic crisis situation in all aspects were at high level, and in each aspect it was found that planning, organizing, directing and controlling were also in the high level. 3. Head nurses who had higher educational level than bachelor degree had higher nursing management in the economic crisis situation than those with diploma and significant at .05 level. 4. Head nurses classified by experiences in management, nursing management training and level of leadership, performed no different nursing management in the economic crisis situation.
