Abstract

งานวิจัยเรื่องนี้เป็นการวิจัยเชิงสำรวจมีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาการเปิดรับสื่อ การรับรู้เกี่ยวกับสังคมตะวันตก และการใช้ชีวิตแบบสังคมตะวันตกของวัยรุ่นไทยในเขตกรุงเทพมหานคร โดยประเด็นหลักประกอบด้วย ศึกษาการรับรู้เกี่ยวกับสังคมตะวันตกของวัยรุ่นจำแนกตามความแตกต่างของลักษณะทางประชากร, ศึกษาความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างการเปิดรับสื่อเกี่ยวกับสังคมตะวันตกกับการรับรู้เกี่ยวกับสังคมตะวันตกของวัยรุ่น, ศึกษา ความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างการรับรู้เกี่ยวกับสังคมตะวันตกกับการใช้ชีวิตแบบสังคมตะวันตกของวัยรุ่น และศึกษาความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างการเปิดรับสื่อตะวันตกกับการใช้ชีวิตแบบสังคมตะวันตกของวัยรุ่น โดยใช้แบบสอบถาม เป็นเครื่องมือในการวิจัยครั้งนี้ กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ศึกษาได้แก่ วัยรุ่นในเขตกรุงเทพมหานคร โดยดำเนินการสุ่มตัวอย่างด้วยการจำแนกสัดส่วนตามพื้นที่ (Quota-Sampling) ผลที่ได้จากการวิจัยครั้งนี้ ได้แก่ 1.การรับรู้เกี่ยวกับสังคมตะวันตกของวัยรุ่นแตกต่างกันตามเพศและระดับการศึกษา แต่ไม่แตกต่างกัน ตามระดับอายุและระดับรายได้ 2.การเปิดรับสื่อเกี่ยวกับสังคมตะวันตกของวัยรุ่นมีความสัมพันธ์กับการรับรู้เกี่ยวกับสังคมตะวันตก ในระดับต่ำ 3.การรับรู้เกี่ยวกับสังคมตะวันตกของวัยรุ่นมีความสัมพันธ์กับการใช้ชีวิตแบบสังคมตะวันตก ในระดับระดับต่ำ 4.การเปิดรับสื่อเกี่ยวกับสังคมตะวันตกของวัยรุ่นมีความสัมพันธ์กับการใช้ชีวิตแบบสังคมตะวันตก ในระดับต่ำ

Other Abstract (Other language abstract of ETD)

The main objective of this study is to examine media exposure, perception on western society, and life-pattern of Thai adolescence in Bangkok. The survey research was conducted. The samples include 400 adolescence in Bangkok. The results of this study are as follows: 1.The perception on western society of adolescence in Bangkok are different among gender and education level; however, there are no difference in term of age and income. 2.The degree of media exposure of adolescence in Bangkok is correlated to the perception on western society at the low level. 3.The degree of perception on western society is correlated to the life-pattern of adolescence in Bangkok at the low level. 4.The degree of media exposure is correlated to the life-pattern of adolescence in Bangkok at the low level.
