Abstract

การวิจัยครั้งนี้ เป็นการวิจัยเชิงสำรวจ โดยมีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษา 1) การแสวงหาข่าวสาร การรับรู้ประโยชน์ ความพึงพอใจจากข่าวสาร และการปรับเปลี่ยนพฤติกรรมการบริโภคในชีวิตประจำวันของประชาชนกรุงเทพมหานคร ในภาวะวิกฤตเศรษฐกิจ 2) ความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างการแสวงหาข่าวสารการรับรู้ ประโยชน์ และความพึงพอใจจากข่าวสาร 3) ความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างการรับรู้ประโยชน์กับความพึงพอใจจากข่าวสาร 4) ความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างการรับรู้ประโยชน์และความพึงพอใจจากข่าวสาร กับ การปรับเปลี่ยนพฤติกรรมการบริโภคในชีวิตประจำวัน กลุ่มตัวอย่าง คือประชาชนทั่วไปที่มีอายุระหว่าง 21-55 ปี และอาศัยอยู่ในกรุงเทพมหานคร โดยมีจำนวนทั้งสิ้น 405 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการเก็บข้อมูล คือ แบบสอบถาม สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิจัย คือ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย t-test, One-Way ANOVA และค่า สัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์แบบเพียร์สัน ซึ่งประมวลผลโดยใช้โปรแกรมสำเร็จรูป SPSS ผลการวิจัยสรุปได้ดังนี้ 1. ประชาชนที่มีอาชีพต่างกัน มีการแสวงหาข่าวสารแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ ส่วนประชาชนที่มี เพศ อายุ สถานภาพสมรส ระดับการศึกษา และระดับรายได้ต่างกัน มีการแสวงหาข่าวสารไม่แตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ 2. ประชาชนที่มี เพศ อายุ อาชีพ สถานภาพสมรส ระดับการศึกษา และระดับรายได้แตกต่างกัน มีการรับรู้ประโยชน์ จากข่าวสารไม่แตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ ส่วนประชาชนที่มีระดับ การศึกษาต่างกัน มีความพึงพอใจจากข่าวสารแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ และประชาชนที่มี อาชีพต่างกัน มีการปรับเปลี่ยนพฤติกรรมการบริโภคในชีวิตประจำวันแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ 3. การแสวงหาข่าวสารมีความสัมพันธ์เชิงบวกกับการรับรู้ประโยชน์จากข่าวสาร และความพึงพอใจจากข่าวสาร 4. การรับรู้ประโยชน์มีความสัมพันธ์เชิงบวกกับความพึงพอใจจากข่าวสาร 5. การรับรู้ประโยชน์ และความพึงพอใจจากข่าวสารมีความสัมพันธ์เชิงบวกกับเปลี่ยนพฤติกรรมการบริโภคในชีวิตประจำวัน

Other Abstract (Other language abstract of ETD)

This research is a survey of 405 Bangkok residents. The purposes of this research are 1) to study the information seeking, in formation uses and gratifications and consumption behavior adaptation among respondents 2) to examine the correlation among in formation seeking and information uses and gratifications 3) to examine the correlation among information uses and gratification sand consumption behavior adaptation. Questionnaires were used to gather data and percentage, mean, t-test, One -Way ANOVA and Pearson’s Product Moment Correlation Coefficient were implemented in hypothesis testing. SPSS program was used for data processing. The results of the research are as follows: 1. Occupation was the only factor significantly related to in formation seeking while other demographic characteristics namely gender, age, marital status, education and in come were not significantly related to in formation seeking. 2. Demographic characteristics were not significantly related to information uses and gratifications. However, education was significantly related to information gratifications while occupation was significantly related to consumption behavior adaptation. 3. In formation seeking was positively correlated with information uses and gratifications. 4. Information uses was positively correlated with information gratifications. 5. Information uses and gratifications were positively correlated with consumption behavior adaptation.
