Abstract

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ (1) เพื่อศึกษาความสัมพันธ์ระหว่าง ลักษณะทางประชากรของเยาวชนในกรุงเทพมหานคร กับรูปแบบการดำเนินชีวิต การเปิดรับเพลง และความพึงพอใจที่มีต่อเพลงไทยสากล (2) เพื่อศึกษาความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างรูปแบบการดำเนินชีวิต การเปิดรับเพลง กับความพึงพอใจที่มีต่อเพลงไทยสากลของเยาวชนในกรุงเทพมหานคร เป็นการวิจัยเชิงสำรวจจากกลุ่มตัวอย่าง ซึ่งเป็นเยาวชนในกรุงเทพมหานคร จำนวน 1,200 คน โดยใช้แบบสอบถามที่ผู้วิจัยออกแบบเองเป็นเครื่องมือในการวิจัย การวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลเชิงพรรณนาใช้สถิติร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย และส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ส่วนการทดสอบความแตกต่างของค่าเฉลี่ยระหว่างกลุ่มใช้สถิติ t-test การวิเคราะห์ความแปรปรวน แล้วทำการทดสอบค่าเฉลี่ยเป็นรายคู่ โดยวิธีของ Scheffe และการหาค่าสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์แบบเพียร์สัน จึงประมวลผลโดยใช้โปรแกรมสำเร็จรูป SPSS/PC+ จากผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1. ลักษณะทางประชากรของเยาวชนที่มีเพศ, อายุ, การศึกษา, รายได้ส่วนตัวต่อเดือน และรายได้รวมของครอบครัวต่อเดือน แตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ กับรูปแบบการดำเนินชีวิต การเปิดรับเพลง และความพึงพอใจที่มีต่อเพลงไทยสากล แตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ ยกเว้นตัวแปร สถานภาพทางการสมรส, การนับถือศาสนา, อาชีพ และสถานภาพทางครอบครัว ไม่แตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ 2. รูปแบบการดำเนินชีวิต มีความสัมพันธ์ในเชิงบวกกับการเปิดรับเพลงไทยสากล 3. รูปแบบการดำเนินชีวิต มีความสัมพันธ์ในเชิงบวกกับความพึงพอใจที่มีต่อเพลงไทยสากล 4. การเปิดรับเพลงไทยสากลจากโทรทัศน์ วิดีทัศน์ (VDO) และการแสดงสด (คอนเสิร์ต) มีความสัมพันธ์ในเชิงบวกกับความพึงพอใจที่มีต่อเพลงไทยสากล 5. การเปิดรับเพลงไทยสากลจากวิทยุ และเทปคาสเซ็ทและคอมแพคดิสก์ (CD) มีความสัมพันธ์ในเชิงลบกับความพึงพอใจที่มีต่อเพลงไทยสากล

Other Abstract (Other language abstract of ETD)

The objective of thesis are (1) to find the correlations between demographic characteristics among youth dwelling in Bangkok, their lifestyle, selective exposure on music and gratifications; (2) to find the correlations between lifestyle and gratifications on Thai popular music among youth dwelling in Bangkok. The research is to survey the data from 1,200 samples of youth dwelling in Bangkok by the aid of the questionnaire which is framed and constructed by the researcher. The acquired data is analyzed by the statistics including mean value and standard deviation, t-test, One-way ANOVA by scheffe and Pearson's Product Moment Correlation Coefficient with the aid of SPSS/PC+ programme. The results were as follows: 1. Demographic characteristics by age, sex, education, monthly salary and whole monthly income among youth dwelling in Bangkok are found to be significantly varied by lifestyle, music selective exposure and gratifications except variables marriage status, religion, occupation and family status no different which is not significant. 2. There are positive correlations between lifestyle and music selective exposure. 3. There are positive correlations between lifestyle and gratifications. 4. There are positive correlations between music selective exposure by TV, VDO and concert and gratifications. 5. There are negative correlations between music selective exposure by radio and Tape & CD and gratification
