Abstract

การวิจัยครั้งนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาพฤติกรรมการเปิดรับข่าวสาร ความรู้ ทัศนคติเกี่ยวกับรัฐธรรมนูญ 2540 และการมีส่วนร่วมทางการเมืองของประชาชนในเขตกรุงเทพมหานครและเพื่อศึกษาถึงความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างพฤติกรรมการเปิดรับข่าวสารของประชาชนในเขตกรุงเทพมหานครกับความรู้เกี่ยวกับรัฐธรรมนูญฉบับปี 2540 ความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างความรู้ของประชาชนในเขตกรุงเทพมหานครกับทัศนคติเกี่ยวกับรัฐธรรมนูญฉบับปี 2540 และความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างทัศนคติเกี่ยวกับรัฐธรรมนูญฉบับปี 2540 ของประชาชนในเขตกรุงเทพมหานครกับการมีส่วนร่วมทางการเมือง กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัย คือ ประชาชนที่อาศัยอยู่ในกรุงเทพมหานคร โดยการสุ่มตัวอย่างประชาชน จำนวน 423 คน การเก็บข้อมูลใช้แบบสอบถาม และวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้โปรแกรมสำเร็จรูป SPSS สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์คือ ค่าร้อยละ (Percentage) ค่าเฉลี่ย (Mean) และทดสอบสมมติฐานโดยใช้ค่า t-test/F-test และค่าสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์แบบเพียร์สัน (Pearson's Produc Moment correlation Coefficient) ผลการศึกษาสามารถสรุปได้ดังนี้ 1. ลักษณะประชากรที่แตกต่างกันของประชาชนในเขตกรุงเทพมหานครจะมีพฤติกรรมการเปิดรับข่าวสารเกี่ยวกับรัฐธรรมนูญฉบับปี 2540 ความรู้ ทัศนคติและการมีส่วนร่วมทางการเมืองต่างกัน แต่เพศ/ระดับการศึกษาที่แตกต่างกันมีพฤติกรรมการเปิดรับข่าวสารจากสื่อวิทยุไม่แตกต่างกัน ส่วนอาชีพ/รายได้ที่แตกต่างกันมีพฤติกรรมการเปิดรับข่าวสารจากสื่อวิทยุและโทรทัศน์ไม่แตกต่างกัน นอกจากนี้เพศที่แตกต่างกันมีความรู้ และทัศนคติเกี่ยวกับรัฐธรรมนูญฉบับปี 2540 ไม่แตกต่างกัน และการศึกษาที่แตกต่างกันมีทัศนคติเกี่ยวกับรัฐธรรมนูญ ฉบับปี 2540 ไม่แตกต่างกัน 2. พฤติกรรมการเปิดรับข่าวสารของประชากรในเขตกรุงเทพมหานครมีความสัมพันธ์กับความรู้เกี่ยวกับรัฐธรรมนูญฉบับปี 2540 แต่การเปิดรับข่าวสารจากสื่อวิทยุและโทรทัศน์ไม่มีความสัมพันธ์กับความรู้เกี่ยวกับรัฐธรรมนูญฉบับปี 2540 3. ความรู้ของประชาชนในเขตกรุงเทพมหานครมีความสัมพันธ์กับทัศนคติเกี่ยวกับรัฐธรรมนูญฉบับปี 2540 4. ทัศนคติของประชาชนในเขตกรุงเทพมหานครมีความสัมพันธ์กับการมีส่วนร่วมทางการเมือง

Other Abstract (Other language abstract of ETD)

The main purpose of this research is to investigate level of exposure to the consitutional information, knowledge, attitude and political participation of the people in Bangkok : to identify correlation between the level of exposure's the people in Bangkok and knowledge of the consitutional : to study the correlation between knowledge of the people in Bangkok and attitude of the people in Bangkok and political participation. A sample size of 423 Bangkok residents by using the questionaire. The data were analized by using frequency, percentage, mean, t-tes, F-test and Pearson's Product Moment Correlation Coefficient SPSS program was used for data processing. The results of the study are as follows : 1. Exposure to information regarding consitutional, knowledge, attitude and political participation of the Bangkok's population are different. But sex and education which are different to exposure information from the radio are not different. Career and salary which are different to exposure information from the radio and television are not different. Beside the different sex which have knowledge and attitude are not different and the different education which have attitude in consitutional are not different. 2. Exposure to information regarding consitutional of the Bangkok population is correlated with their knowledge. But exposure to information regarding consitutional promotion from radio and television is not correlated with their knowledge. 3. The knowledge consitutional of the Bangkok population is correlated with their attitude. 4. The attitude consitutional of the Bangkok population is correlated with their political participation.
