Abstract

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ (1) ศึกษากระบวนการถ่ายทอดข้อมูลข่าวสารระหว่างผู้สื่อข่าวเกษตรชุมชน กับ หน่วยงานของรัฐ องค์กรส่วนท้องถิ่น ภาคเอกชน และเกษตรกรในชุมชน (2) ศึกษาความคิดเห็นของผู้สื่อข่าวเกษตรชุมชนที่มีต่อระบบ รูปแบบ และเนื้อหาของข้อมูลข่าวสารที่ได้รับผ่านระบบอินทราเนต และบทบาทของตนต่อชุมชน การเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลทำโดยทำการสัมภาษณ์แบบเจาะลึกผู้สื่อข่าวเกษตรชุมชน และสนทนากลุ่มกับเกษตรกรในชุมชน ผลการวิจัยมีดังต่อไปนี้ 1. กระบวนการถ่ายทอดข้อมูลข่าวสารระหว่างผู้สื่อข่าวเกษตรชุมชน กับ หน่วยงานของรัฐ องค์กรท้องถิ่น ภาคเอกชน และเกษตรกรในชุมชน ประกอบไปด้วย องค์ประกอบหลัก 6 องค์ประกอบ ได้แก่ หน่วยงานของรัฐ องค์กรส่วนท้องถิ่น ผู้สื่อข่าวเกษตรชุมชน กำนัน/ผู้ใหญ่บ้าน ภาคเอกชน และเกษตรกรในชุมชน ซึ่งจะมีการติดต่อสื่อสารกันทั้งในแนวตั้งและแนวนอน ผ่านทางช่องทางการสื่อสารหลักๆ 4 ช่องทาง ได้แก่ ทางเอกสาร ทางการประชุม ทางการสื่อสารระหว่างบุคคลและกลุ่มบุคคลแบบไม่เป็นทางการ อาทิเช่น กลุ่มสนทนา การพูดคุยตัวต่อตัว ฯลฯ และการสื่อสารผ่านระบบอินทราเนต 2. ความคิดเห็นของผู้สื่อข่าวเกษตรชุมชนที่มีต่อระบบ รูปแบบ และเนื้อหาของข้อมูลข่าวสารที่ได้รับผ่านระบบอินทราเนตนั้น จะมีทั้งในด้านบวกและด้านลบ กล่าวคือ ความคิดเห็นต่อระบบในด้านบวก ได้แก่ การสื่อสารผ่านระบบอินทราเนตนี้ช่วยให้สะดวก ประหยัด ทันสมัย และให้ประโยชน์ ส่วนในด้านลบได้แก่ เป็นระบบที่เสียง่าย ใช้งานยากติดต่อลำบาก และเครือข่ายของระบบยังไม่สมบูรณ์ ความคิดเห็นต่อรูปแบบในด้านบวก ได้แก่ ดูง่าย ส่วนในด้านลบได้แก่ ไม่มีภาพประกอบ ความคิดเห็นต่อเนื้อหาในด้านบวก ได้แก่ มีความหลากหลาย และในด้านลบ ได้แก่ เนื้อหานั้นล้าหลัง มีการใช้ภาษาที่ไม่เหมาะสม ไม่มีสาระ และไม่ตรงใจตามความต้องการของผู้รับข้อมูลข่าวสาร

Other Abstract (Other language abstract of ETD)

The purpose of this research was to study (1) The communication process of community reporters, government sectors, distric organizations, private sectors, and agriculturists in local communities; (2) The opinion of the community reporters toward system, format and content of the information from the Intranet system and their roles in communities. The in-depth interview and focus-group discussion were the methods used for collecting data in this research. The results of the study were as follows : 1. The communication process consist of 6 main components : the government sectors, distric organizations, community reporters, the headmen of the villages, agriculturists in communities and private sectors. The main communication channels include document, formal meeting, informal communication channels i.e. group disscussions, face-to-face communication, and the bulletin board system (B.B.S.). 2. Their opinions about the bulletin board system (B.B.S.) were both positive and negative as follows : The opinion concerning the system : pros-convenient, save, modern, beneficial; cons-damageable, complicated, difficult to assess, incompleted network The opinion concerning the format : pros-easy to search for the information cons-no illustration The opinion concerning the content : pros-variable cons-not update information, unappropriated language, vain and undirected.
