Abstract

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาการสร้างความเป็นจริงทางสังคมเรื่องอาชญากรรม โดยผ่านวิธีการเล่าเรื่องของรายการสารคดีเชิงข่าวอาชญากรรมทางโทรทัศน์ที่ออกอากาศในปี พ.ศ.2540 จำนวนสองรายการคือ รายการตามล่าหาความจริง และรายการเบาะแส ผลการวิจัยพบว่า เรื่องอาชญากรรมที่นำเสนอผ่านทางรายการสารคดีเชิงข่าวอาชญากรรมทั้งสองรายการได้ถูกประกอบสร้างภาพอาชญากรรมผ่านวิธีการเล่าเรื่องซึ่งมีวิธีการนำเสนอเหมือนกับละคร กล่าวคือมีการวางแนวเรื่องแสดงถึงความมีเงื่อนงำปมขัดแย้งและการคลี่คลายปัญหา โดยนำเสนอผ่านตัวละครสามกลุ่ม ได้แก่ ตำรวจผู้ร้ายและผู้เสียหาย โดยมีแก่นของเรื่องแสดงให้เห็นว่าเรื่องอาชญากรรมเป็นการกระทำที่ผิดทั้งกฎหมาย และหลักศีลธรรมของผู้ร้ายที่กระทำต่อผู้เสียหาย อย่างไรก็ตามตำรวจซึ่งเปรียบเสมือนพระเอกของเรื่องได้ทำหน้าที่ป้องกันและปราบปรามผู้ร้ายช่วยรักษาความสงบสุขให้กับสังคม ดังนั้น เรื่องอาชญากรรมที่ถูกนำเสนอผ่านรายการสารคดีเชิงข่าวอาชญากรรมทั้งสองรายการจึงเป็นภาพอาชญากรรมที่ถูกเข้ารหัสทางโทรทัศน์ สามระดับดังนี้ หนึ่งระดับความเป็นจริง สองระดับการนำเสนอภาพตัวแทน และสามระดับอุดมการณ์ซึ่งการเข้ารหัสทางโทรทัศน์ทั้งสามระดับนี้ได้ทำให้เกิดการรับรู้ร่วมกันระหว่างผู้ผลิตรายการและผู้ชมซึ่งเป็นภาพอาชญากรรมที่สอดคล้องกับการรับรู้ของคนในสังคมซึ่งมองว่าเรื่องอาชญากรรมเป็นการกระทำของผู้ร้ายที่ผิดต่อกฎหมายและศีลธรรมสร้างความเดือดร้อนให้กับผู้อื่น แต่ในสังคมก็ยังมีตำรวจซึ่งทำหน้าที่ปราบปรามจับกุมผู้ร้ายที่กระทำความผิดมาลงโทษ ซึ่งทางรายการได้สร้างภาพลักษณ์ตำรวจในแง่ดีโดยแสดงให้เห็นถึงความตั้งใจมุ่งมั่นในการปฏิบัติหน้าที่ป้องกันปราบปรามอาชญากรรม

Other Abstract (Other language abstract of ETD)

The research objective is to study the social construction of crime meaning through TV crime documentary's narrative in Tamlarhakwamjing (Tracking down the truth) and Bauesae (Clue) that were broadcasted in 1997. The analysis shows that both mentioned crime documentary constructed the crime reality by investigative narrative which is an emotional dramatic story with suspense and conflict plot while there always be three main lead character groups which are police, villain and victim. Its theme is aimed to demonstrate how illegal and immoral of criminal's act to victim, nevertheless, the society will always be sheltered, protected and maintained its peace by police's act against law violator, as the hero's role of the story. Therefore, the portrayal of crime presented in TV crime documentary is encoded by three levels of television codes; reality, representation, and ideology for the shared perception between the show's producer and their audiences which is a common social acknowledgment that committing a crime is not only law violated, immoral but also trouble other innocent people. However, police will prevent crime, arrest criminals and send them to be punished as that intentional duties had been insisted by presenting police's positive image through those shows.
