Abstract

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาคงความต้องการและความพึงพอใจในการฟังรายการวิทยุกระจายเสียงมุสลิมภาคภาษาไทยของชาวไทยมุสลิมในเขตกรุงเทพมหานคร ที่มีต่อด้านเนื้อหา รูปแบบ วันและเวลาในการออกอากาศ ความถี่ในการออกอากาศ และผู้ดำเนินรายการ รวมทั้งเพี่อศึกษาพฤติกรรมการฟังและหาความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างคุณลักษณะทางประชากรของชาวไทอมุสลิมกับพฤติกรรม ความต้องการ และความพึงพอใจโนการฟังรายการวิทยุกระจายเสียงมุสลิมภาคภาษาไทย กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ศึกษาคือชาวไทยมุสลิมที่อาศัยอยูในเขตกรุงเทพมหานครจาก 9 เขต จำนวน 367 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลคือแบบสอบถาม สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ สถิติเชิงบรรยายโดยใช้ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย การทดสอบสมมติฐาน ใช้สถิติวิเคราะห์ไค-สแคว์ การทดสอบค่าเฉลี่ย (l-test) และ วิเคราะห์ความแปรปรวน (ONE-WAY ANOVA) ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1. กลุ่มตัวอย่างต้องการเนื้อหาเกี่ยวกับข่าวสารในแวดวงสังคมมุสลิมไทยค่อนข้าง มาก (ร้อยละ 46.3) รองลงมาคือเน้นเนื้อหาเที่ยวกับหลักการศาสนาอิสลาม (ร้อยละ 45.9) 2. รูปแบบรายการ กลุ่มตัวอย่างส่วนใหญ่ต้องการรูปแบบพูดคุยและสนทนาค่อนข้างมาก (ร้อยละ 48.5) 3. วันเวลาออกอากาศกลุ่มตัวอย่างส่วนใหญ่อยากให้นำเสนอทุกวัน (ร้อยละ 55.0) และออกอากาศช่วงเวลา 16.00-24.00 น. (ร้อยละ 58.6) รองลงมา 04.00-07.00 น. (ร้อยละ 37.3) 4. ความถี่ในการออกอากาศ กลุ่มตัวอย่างอยากให้รายการมี การนำเสนอทุกวัน (ร้อยละ 56.1) 5. ผู้ดำเนินรายการ กลุ่มตัวอย่างต้องการผู้ดำเนินรายการที่มีกลวิธีนำเสนอที่น่าสนใจและพูดถูกหลักไวยากรณไทย และอาหรับทั้งหมด (ร้อยละ 100.0) 6. กลุ่มตัวอย่างพึงพอใจเนื้อหาค่อนข้างมาก (ร้อยละ 41.7) วันเวลาออกอากาศค่อนข้างมาก (ร้อยละ 44.7) และผู้ดำเนินรายการพึงพอใจค่อนข้างมาก (ร้อยละ 37.6) ส่วนความพึงพอใจด้านรูปแบบรายการ และความถี่ในการออกอากาศกลุ่มตัวอย่างส่วนใหญ่ พึงพอใจในระดับปานกลางคิดเป็น (ร้อยละ 43.3) และ (ร้อยละ 36.2) ตามลำดับ

Other Abstract (Other language abstract of ETD)

The porpose of this research was to investigate of Thai Muslims’ need and satisfaction with Muslim radio programme in Bangkok Metropolis demand for contents, pattern, date and time, frequency of broadcast with announcer and to study the radio listening behaviors of the Thai Muslim and to study the relationship among factors namely demographic variables with media exposure behavior demand and satisfaction to listening Muslim radio programs. Questionnaires were used to collect data from total of 367 Thai Muslim in Bangkok from 9 metropolis. This research is survey research by using questionnaires. Statistical techniques such as percentage average value, t-test and ONE-WAY ANOVA and SPSS program are used in data analysis. The result of the study are as follows : 1. Most of Thai Muslim demand for the content about culture interrelating in the Thai Muslim environment including the movement of the Islamic world (46.3%) and about Islamic principle and the value of Islam. (45.9%) 2. Most of Thai Muslim demand for the pattern about talk or nonformal education (48.5%) 3. Most of Thai Muslim demand for the date and time present every day. (55.0%) 4. Most of Thai Muslim demand for the frequency of broadcast everyday (56.1 %) 5. Most of Thai Muslim demand for the Muslim radio programs should present between 04.00-12.00 P.M. (58.6%) and 04.00-07.00 A.M. (37.3%) 6. Most of Thai Muslim demand for announcer should present interesting and speak correct in Thai and Aryan gramma (100.0%) 7. Most of Thai Muslim satisfaction with content (41.7%) date, time of broadcast (44.7%) and announcer (37.6%) and medium of Thai Muslim satisfaction with frequency of broadcast (36.2%) and pattern (43.3%).
