Abstract

วัตถุประสงค์ของการวิจัยในครั้งนี้ เพื่อศึกษาถึงปัจจัยที่มีผลกระทบต่อการป้องกันปราบปรามอาชญากรรมของเจ้าหน้าที่ตำรวจสายตรวจ เพื่อศึกษาทัศนะของเจ้าหน้าที่สายตรวจเกี่ยวกับปัจจัยที่มีผลกระทบต่อการป้องกันปราบปรามอาชญากรรม เพื่อศึกษาแนวทางหรือมาตรการในการแก้ไขปัญหาอุปสรรคในการปฏิบัติงานของเจ้าหน้าที่สายตรวจ โดยศึกษาเฉพาะเจ้าหน้าที่ตำรวจสายตรวจในระดับชั้นประทวน ที่สังกัดตำรวจภูธรจังหวัดปทุมธานี ได้ใช้แบบสอบถามเป็นเครื่องมือในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูล การวิจัยเรื่องนี้มีสมมติฐานดังต่อไปนี้ 1. เจ้าหน้าที่ตำรวจสายตรวจที่มีอายุมาก จะมีแนวคิดและการปฏิบัติตัวดีกว่าเจ้าหน้าที่ตำรวจสายตรวจที่มีอายุน้อย 2. เจ้าหน้าที่ตำรวจสายตรวจที่มีอายุมาก จะได้รับสิทธิประโยชน์และสวัสดิการดีกว่าเจ้าหน้าที่ตำรวจสายตรวจที่มีอายุน้อย 3. เจ้าหน้าที่ตำรวจสายตรวจที่มีอายุมาก จะมีความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างผู้บังคับบัญชาและเพื่อนร่วมงานดีกว่าเจ้าหน้าที่ ตำรวจสายตรวจที่มีอายุน้อย 4. เจ้าหน้าที่ตำรวจสายตรวจที่มีชั้นยศสูง จะมีแนวคิดและการปฏิบัติตัวดีกว่าเจ้าหน้าที่ตำรวจสายตรวจที่มีชั้นยศต่ำ 5. เจ้าหน้าที่ตำรวจสายตรวจที่มีชั้นยศสูง จะได้รับสิทธิประโยชน์และสวัสดิการดีกว่าเจ้าหน้าที่ตำรวจสายตรวจที่มีชั้นยศต่ำ 6. เจ้าหน้าที่ตำรวจสายตรวจที่มีชั้นยศสูง จะมีความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างผู้บังคับบัญชาและเพื่อนร่วมงานดีกว่าเจ้าหน้าที่ ตำรวจสายตรวจที่มีชั้นยศต่ำ 7. เจ้าหน้าที่ตำรวจสายตรวจที่มีระดับการศึกษาสูงจะมีแนวคิดและการปฏิบัติตัวดีกว่า เจ้าหน้าที่ตำรวจสายตรวจที่มีระดับการศึกษาต่ำ 8. เจ้าหน้าที่ตำรวจสายตรวจที่มีระดับการศึกษาสูง จะได้รับสิทธิประโยชน์และสวัสดิการดีกว่าเจ้าหน้าที่ตำรวจสายตรวจที่มีระดับการศึกษาต่ำ 9. เจ้าหน้าที่ตำรวจสายตรวจที่มีระดับการศึกษาสูง จะมีความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างผู้บังคับบัญชาและเพื่อนร่วมงานดีกว่าเจ้าหน้าที่ตำรวจสายตรวจที่มีระดับการศึกษาต่ำ 10. เจ้าหน้าที่ตำรวจสายตรวจที่เคยได้รับ การฝึกอบรมความรู้เพิ่มเติมมากจะมีแนวคิดและการปฏิบัติตัวดีกว่าเจ้าหน้าที่ตำรวจสายตรวจที่เคยได้รับการฝึกอบรมความรู้เพิ่มเติมน้อย 11. เจ้าหน้าที่ตำรวจสายตรวจที่เคยได้รับการฝึกอบรมความรู้เพิ่มเติมมาก จะได้รับสิทธิประโยชน์และสวัสดิการดีกว่า เจ้าหน้าที่ตำรวจสายตรวจที่เคยได้รับการฝึกอบรมความรู้เพิ่มเติมน้อย 12. เจ้าหน้าที่ตำรวจสายตรวจที่เคยได้รับการฝึกอบรมความรู้เพิ่มเติมมาก จะมีความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างผู้บังคับบัญชาและเพื่อนร่วมงานดีกว่า เจ้าหน้าที่ตำรวจสายตรวจที่เคยได้รับการฝึกอบรมความรู้เพิ่มเติมน้อย ผลการวิจัยพบว่าเป็นไปตามสมมติฐานเฉพาะข้อ 8 ข้อ 11 และข้อ 12

Other Abstract (Other language abstract of ETD)

The purpose of this research was to study factors affecting the process of crime prevention and suppression based on the various aspected of patrolmen and to find the ways to solve the problems, especially among patrolmen at Patum Tani Provincial Police. The hypotheses of this research were as follow: 1 The older patrolmen tended to have more disciplines than the younger patrolmen. 2. The older patrolmen tended to have more benefits than the younger patrolmen. 3. The older patrolmen tended to have more relationships with police commander than the younger patrolmen. 4. The higher rank patrolmen tended to have more disciplines than those in lower rank, 5. The higher rank patrolmen tended to have more benefits than those in lower rank. 6. The higher rank patrolmen tended to have more relationships with police commander than those in lower rank. 7. The patrolmen with higher education tended to have more disciplines than those with lower education. 8. The patrolmen with higher education tended to have more benefits than those with lower education. 9. The patrolmen with higher education tended to have more relationships with police commander than those with lower education. 10. The patrolmen who obtained higher training tended to have more disciplines than those with lower training. 11. The patrolmen who obtained higher training tended to have more benefits than those with lower training. 12. The patrolmen who obtained higher training tended to have more relationships with police commander than those with lower training. The finding of tins research were in accordance with the hypotheses except number eight, eleven and twelve.
