Abstract

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อพัฒนาตัวบ่งชี้รวมคุณภาพการศึกษาของคณะครุศาสตร์ ในสถาบันราชภัฏและเพื่อทดสอบความสอดคล้องกลมกลืนของโมเดลสมการโครงสร้างคุณภาพการศึกษาของคณะครุศาสตร์ในสถาบันราชภัฏ กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัย คือ คณบดีและอาจารย์ที่สังกัดคณะครุศาสตร์ทั้ง 36 แห่ง จำนวน 452 คน และผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิสังกัดสำนักงานสภาสถาบันราชภัฏ จำนวน 105 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย คือ แบบสอบถาม วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้สถิติบรรยาย โดยใช้โปรแกรมสำเร็จรูป SPSS/PC+ และการวิเคราะห์องค์ประกอบเชิงยืนยันโดยใช้โปรแกรม LISREL 8.10 ผลการวิจัยสรุปได้ดังนี้ 1. ผลการพัฒนาตัวบ่งชี้รวมคุณภาพการศึกษา ได้ตัวบ่งชี้ทั้งหมด 75 ตัวบ่งชี้ วัดคุณภาพการศึกษา 11 องค์ประกอบ ประกอบด้วย ตัวบ่งชี้องค์ประกอบด้านอาจารย์ 11 ตัวบ่งชี้ องค์ประกอบการจัดการเรียนการสอน 14 ตัวบ่งชี้ องค์ประกอบหลักสูตร 9 ตัวบ่งชี้ องค์ประกอบนักศึกษา 7 ตัวบ่งชี้ องค์ประกอบปรัชญา พันธกิจ และวัตถุประสงค์ 4 ตัวบ่งชี้ องค์ประกอบการบริหารและการจัดการ 6 ตัวบ่งชี้ องค์ประกอบแหล่งทรัพยากรการเรียนรู้ 5 ตัวบ่งชี้ องค์ประกอบการวิจัย 5 ตัวบ่งชี้ องค์ประกอบการเงินและงบประมาณ 5 ตัวบ่งชี้ องค์ประกอบกิจการนักศึกษา 5 ตัวบ่งชี้ และองค์ประกอบอาคารสถานที่ และสภาพแวดล้อม 4 ตัวบ่งชี้ 2. โมเดลสมการโครงสร้างคุณภาพการศึกษาของคณะครุศาสตร์ในสถาบันราชภัฏมีความสอดคล้องกลมกลืนกับข้อมูลความคิดเห็นจากผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิดีมาก มีค่าไค-สแควร์เท่ากับ 5.81 ที่องศาอิสระ 17 ค่าความน่าจะเป็นเท่ากับ 0.99 ค่าดัชนีวัดความกลมกลืนมีค่าเท่ากับ 0.99 ค่าดัชนีวัดความกลมกลืนที่ปรับแก้แล้วมีค่าเท่ากับ 0.96 และค่าดัชนีรากกำลังสองเฉลี่ยของเศษมีค่าเท่ากับ 0.013

Other Abstract (Other language abstract of ETD)

The purposes of this research were to develop the composite indicator of educational quality and to validate the goodness of fit of the structural equation model of educational quality of the Faculty of Education in Rajabhat Institutes. The samples consisted of 452 faculty members and deans of the faculties of education and 105 experts of the Office of Rajabhat Institute Council. Data were collected by questionnaires and analyzed by descriptive statistics through SPSS/PC+ and confirmatory factor analysis through LISREL 8.10. Major results of the study were as follows : 1. The developed composite indicator of educational quality factor consisted of 11 factors and 75 indicators. They were 11 indicators of faculty factor, 14 indicators of learning and teaching management factor, 9 indicators of curriculum factor, 7 indicators of student factor, 4 indicators of philosophy, mission and objective factor, 6 indicators of administration and management factor, 5 indicators of learning resources, 5 indicators of finance and budget factor, 5 indicators of student affair factor, 5 indicators of research factor, and 4 indicators of building and environment factor. 2. The structural equation model of educational quality of the Faculty of Education in Rajabhat Institutes was strongly consistent with opinion data from experts. This model provided the chi-square goodness-of-fit statistics of 5.81, df = 17, p = 0.99, GFI = 0.99, AGFI = 0.96 and RMR = 0.013
