Abstract

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาสาเหตุที่ทำให้ผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียนของนักเรียนโรงเรียนบ้านดอนข่อย "คงสมโอษฐ์ราษฎรบำรุง" ต่ำกว่าเกณฑ์ และแนวทางการพัฒนาผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียนของนักเรียน โดยการใช้เทคนิคการวิเคราะห์ผลกระทบไขว้ รวมทั้งศึกษาความเหมาะสม ปัญหาและข้อเสนอแนะในการใช้เทคนิคการวิเคราะห์ผลกระทบไขว้ในการวิเคราะห์แนวทางการพัฒนาผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียน กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการศึกษาสาเหตุและแนวทางพัฒนาผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียนได้แก่ อาจารย์ในโรงเรียนทั้งหมด 9 คน ผู้เชี่ยวชาญด้านการศึกษาในท้องถิ่น จำนวน 12 คน กลุ่มผู้ให้ข้อมูลเพื่อการวิเคราะห์ตามเทคนิคการวิเคราะห์ผลกระทบไขว้ได้แก่ อาจารย์ประจำกลุ่มวิชา 8 คน การดำเนินการวิจัยแบ่งเป็น 2 ส่วน ส่วนแรกเป็นการศึกษาแนวทางการพัฒนาผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียนซึ่งประกอบด้วย 3 ขั้นตอน ได้แก่ ขั้นแรก ศึกษาสาเหตุที่ทำให้ผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียนของนักเรียนต่ำจากความคิดเห็นของอาจารย์ในโรงเรียนตามกระบวนการ fishboning วิเคราะห์หาสาเหตุที่สำคัญ 5 ลำดับแรกโดยใช้เทคนิคกระบวนการให้น้ำหนักรายคู่ และหาเหตุของแต่ละสาเหตุพร้อมทั้งจัดลำดับความสำคัญขั้นที่สอง ศึกษาแนวทางการพัฒนาผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียนของนักเรียนจากความคิดเห็นของอาจารย์ในโรงเรียนและผู้เชี่ยวชาญ ขั้นที่สาม วิเคราะห์แนวทางการพัฒนาผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียนโดยใช้เทคนิคการวิเคราะห์ผลกระทบไขว้จากความคิดเห็นของอาจารย์ผู้สอนในแต่ละกลุ่มวิชา ส่วนที่สอง เป็นการศึกษาความคิดเห็นของอาจารย์ประจำกลุ่มวิชาที่เป็นผู้ให้ข้อมูลเพื่อการวิเคราะห์ตามเทคนิคการวิเคราะห์ผลกระทบไขว้ที่มีต่อการใช้เทคนิคการวิเคราะห์ผลกระทบไขว้ในการวิเคราะห์แนวทางพัฒนาผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียน ผลการวิจัยพบว่า สาเหตุที่ทำให้ผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียนต่ำกว่าเกณฑ์ทั้ง 5 กลุ่มวิชาส่วนใหญ่เกี่ยวข้องกับครูในเรื่องที่ครูไม่เตรียมการสอน ใช้การสอนที่ยึดตนเองเป็นศูนย์กลาง ไม่ใช้วิธีการสอนที่ยึดนักเรียนเป็นศูนย์กลาง และแนวทางการพัฒนาผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียนที่มีผลกระทบต่อแนวทางการพัฒนาอื่นมากที่สุดได้แก่การนิเทศภายใน และพบว่าการใช้เทคนิคการวิเคราะห์ผลกระทบไขว้ในการวิเคราะห์แนวทางการพัฒนามีความเหมาะสม

Other Abstract (Other language abstract of ETD)

The purposes of this research were to study the causes of the low students' achievement, guidelines for achievement developing and the appropriateness of the cross-impact analysis in analyzing the guidelines for achievement developing. The sample consisted of 9 teachers in Ban Don Khoi "Kong-Som-Oad-Ras-Bam-Rung" School, 12 local educational experts and 8 key-persons who were instructors in the school. The research procedure consisted of two parts. The first part was to study the guidelines for achievement developing that consisted of 3 step; the first step was the study of the causes of low achievement from the teachers' opinion by fishboning method, prioritizing the causes by paired-weighting procedure and prioritizing the reasons of top five causes by ranking. The second step was to study the guidelines for achievement developing from the teachers and the experts' opinion. The third step was to analyze the guidelines from 8 instructors' opinion by cross-impact analysis. The second part was to study the appropriateness of using the cross-impact analysis to analyze the guidelines for achievement developing from the key-persons' opinion by questionnaire. The most popular causes of low achievement in 5 subjects areas were : teachers did not prepare a lesson plan and did not apply student-centered teaching method. The guideline that had the most impact on the other guidelines was school supervision. It was also found that cross-impact analysis was appropriate to be used for analyzing the guidelines for achievement developing
