Abstract

ศึกษาปัจจัยที่มีอิทธิพลต่อการกระทำความผิดของเด็กและเยาวชน เกี่ยวกับยาเสพติดประเภทยาบ้า โดยเลือกศึกษาเฉพาะเด็กและเยาวชนที่ศาลสั่งให้อยู่ใน ความคุ้มครองและดูแลของสถานพินิจและคุ้มครองเด็กและเยาวชนกลาง ทั้งนี้เฉพาะปัจจุบันนี้ การกระทำความผิดเกี่ยวกับยาเสพติด โดยเฉพาะอย่างยิ่งยาเสพติดประเภทยาบ้าหรือแอมเฟตามิน ได้แพร่ระบาดออกไปอย่างกว้างขวางในทุกเพศ ทุกวัย และทุกอาชีพ ซึ่งกลุ่มที่น่าเป็นห่วงที่สุดในการกระทำความผิดเกี่ยวกับยาบ้า คือกลุ่มเด็กและเยาวชน ซึ่งเป็นกำลังสำคัญของชาติในอนาคต ผู้วิจัยทำการศึกษาครั้งนี้โดยเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลอย่างเป็นระบบ จากแบบสอบถามจำนวน 274 ชุด และการสัมภาษณ์เด็กแบบเจาะลึก (In-depth Interview) เยาวชนที่ฝึกอบรมอยู่ในสถานพินิจและคุ้มครองเด็กและเยาวชนกลาง จำนวน 10 คน แล้วนำมาวิเคราะห์หาค่าร้อยละ ค่ามัชฌิมเลขคณิต และการทดสอบค่าไคสแควร์ ซึ่งทดสอบด้วยค่าความแตกต่างอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.05 ผลการศึกษาพบว่า ปัจจัยที่มีอิทธิพลต่อการกระทำความผิดของเด็กและเยาวชน เกี่ยวกับยาเสพติดประเภทยาบ้าของเด็กและเยาวชน ได้แก่ ปัจจัยทางครอบครัว ปัจจัยทางสังคมและสิ่งแวดล้อม และปัจจัยจากตัวยาบ้าเอง

Other Abstract (Other language abstract of ETD)

To study the factors that affect the juvenile delinquency about Methamphetamine, especially in which the Central Observation and Protection Center because it spreads all sex, and career, which the anxious groups are children and the youths. The data systematicatically collected and analyzed from 274 juvenile delinquencies and in-depth interview with 4 children and 6 youths in the Central Observation and Protection Center. The statistical tools used in data analysis, were Percentage, Mean, and Chi-square with the statistically significant level at 0.05 for quantitative data and content analysis for qualitative data. The result found that the factors affecting the delinquency of children and the youths about Methamphetamine in the Central Observation and Protection Center are family, social and environment and Methamphetamine.
