Abstract

การวิจัยครั้งนมีวัตถุประสงค์ เพื่อศึกษาการอ้างกงสิ่งพิมพ์รัฐบาลไทยในด้าน ประเภท เนื้อหา อายุ และแหล่งผลิตของสิ่งพิมพ์รัฐบาลไทยที่อ้างถึง และเพื่อศึกษาพฤติกรรม การอ้างถึงสิ่งพิมพ์รัฐบาลไทยในการเขียนเอกสารวิจัยส่วนบุคคล ในด้านเหตุผลในการนำมาอ้างถึง วิธีการค้น และแหล่งที่ใช้ค้นสิ่งพิมพ์รัฐบาลไทยที่นำมาอ้างถึงในเอกสารวิจัยส่วน บุคคลของนักศึกษาวิทยาลัยป้องกันราชอาณาจักร ประจำปีการศึกษา 2539-2540 จำนวน 172 คน ผลการวิจัยพบว่า เอกสารวิจัยส่วนบุคคลที่มการอ้างถึงสิ่งพิมพ์รัฐบาลไทย จำนวน 172 เล่ม มีปริมาณการอ้างถึงสิ่งพิมพ์รัฐบาลไทยรวมทั้งสิ้น 2,196 รายการ ประเภทของสิ่งพิมพ์รัฐบาลไทยที่ได้รับการอ้างถึงมากที่สุดคือ รายงานการวิจัย (24.09%) เนื้อหาวิชาที่ได้รับการอ้าถึงมากที่สุดคือหมวดสังคมศาสตร์ (61.90%) กลุ่มอายุของสิ่งพิมพ์รัฐบาลไทยที่ได้รับการอ้างถึงมากที่สุดคือกลุ่มอายุ 1 - 5 ปี (47.12%) และแหล่งผลิตสิ่งพิมพ์รัฐบาลไทยที่ได้รับการอ้างถึงมากที่สุดคือหน่วยราชการสังกัดกระทรวงกลาโหม (22.66%) เหตุผลที่นักศึกษาส่วนใหญ่คำนึงถึงในการนำสิ่งพิมพ์รัฐบาลไทยมาอ้างถึงคือ เพี่อยืนยันว่า ข้อมูลนั้นถูกต้อง (95.86%) วิธีการค้นสิ่งพิมพ์รัฐบาลไทยที่นักศึกษาส่วนใหญ่นำมาอ้างถึงคือ วิธีการค้นจากบัตรรายการ (93.79%) และแหล่งที่ใช้ค้นสิ่งพิมพ์รัฐบาลไทยที่นักศึกษาส่วนใหญ่นำมาอ้างถึงคือแหล่งสารนิเทศที่เป็นห้องสมุด (95.17%) โดยห้องสมุดที่นักศึกษาส่วนใหญ่ใช้คือห้องสมุดวิทยาลัยป้องกันราชอาณาจักร (78.62%)

Other Abstract (Other language abstract of ETD)

The purposes of this research are: to study the types, subjects, ages and publishers of Thai government publications cited in research papers of the 172 National Defence College students in academic year 1996-1997 and; to study their bibliographic citation behavior in terms of the reasons of citing, searching methods and sources of the cited information. Research results are summerized as follows: There are altogether 2,196 Thai government publications cited in 172 research papers. The types, subjects, ages of the Thai government publications mostly cited are: research paper (24.09%); social sciences (61.90%); and between 1-5 years (47.12%) respectively. The major publishers of Thai government publications are the agencies under the Ministry of Defence (22.66%). The majority of students gives the reason of citing is to confirm that their data is correct (95.86%); the searching method of citing is card catalog (93.79%); the information source of citing is the library (95.17%) and the library which the students mostly use is the National Defence College Library (78.62%).
