Abstract

การวิจัยเรื่อง “ปริทัศน์การศึกษาความแตกต่างทางวัฒนธรรมของการสื่อสารเชิงอวัจนะเพื่อการเรียนการสอนในชั้นเรียน" มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ ก) ศึกษาสถานภาพการศึกษาการสื่อสารเชิงอวัจนะเพื่อการเรียนการสอนในชั้นเรียนของวัฒนธรรมต่างๆ ทั้งจากงานวิจัยของไทยและต่างประเทศ ตั้งแต่ปี ค.ศ.1994 – 2013 ข) ศึกษาความแตกต่างทางวัฒนธรรมของการสื่อสารเชิงอวัจนะเพื่อการเรียนการสอนในชั้นเรียนของวัฒนธรรมต่างๆ ตั้งแต่ปี ค.ศ.1994 – 2013 และ 3) ศึกษาตัวแปรต่างๆที่เกี่ยวข้องหรือสัมพันธ์กับการสื่อสารเชิงอวัจนะเพื่อการเรียนการสอนในชั้นเรียนที่พบในงานวิจัย ตั้งแต่ปี ค.ศ. 1994 – 2013 รูปแบบการวิจัยครั้งนี้เป็นการศึกษาวิจัยเอกสาร จากงานวิจัยที่พบจำนวน 42 เรื่อง พบผลดังนี้1.ช่วงปีค.ศ. ที่มีการศึกษางานวิจัยมากที่สุดคือ ค.ศ. 2009 – 2013 สาขาวิชาที่มีการศึกษามากที่สุด คือ สหสาขาวิชา ทวีปและประเทศที่มีการศึกษามากที่สุด คือ ทวีปอเมริกาเหนือ โดยเฉพาะ ประเทศสหรัฐอเมริกา กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่พบมากที่สุด คือ ระดับมหาวิทยาลัย วิธีที่ใช้ในการศึกษามากที่สุด คือ วิธีวิจัยเชิงสำรวจด้วยแบบสอบถาม โดยมีการศึกษาความแตกต่างทางวัฒนธรรมใน ระดับ “ประเทศ"มากที่สุด และ ประเด็น / หัวข้อที่มีการศึกษา มากที่สุด คือ ระดับการใช้และการรับรู้อวัจนภาษาที่เพิ่มความใกล้ชิดระหว่างคู่สื่อสาร ทั้งนี้ ประเภทอวัจนภาษาที่มีการศึกษามากกว่าอวัจนภาษาอื่น ๆ คือ “อาการภาษา"2.ความแตกต่างทางวัฒนธรรมของการสื่อสารเชิงอวัจนะเพื่อการเรียนการสอนในชั้นเรียนที่พบในงานวิจัยช่วงปี คศ. 1994-2013 ได้แก่ การสบตา การยิ้ม การแสดงน้ำเสียง อิริยาบถ / ท่าทาง การวางตัว การสัมผัส ระยะห่างระหว่างบุคคล วัตถุภาษา และบรรยากาศ/ สภาพแวดล้อมในชั้นเรียน3.ตัวแปรอื่น ๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้องหรือสัมพันธ์กับการสื่อสารเชิงอวัจนะเพื่อการเรียนการสอนในชั้นเรียนที่พบในงานวิจัย ตั้งแต่ปี ค.ศ. 1994 – 2013 ได้แก่ เพศ สาขาวิชาและ ประสบการณ์การสอน

Other Abstract (Other language abstract of ETD)

The purposes of this research are a) to investigate the state of arts of nonverbal communication studies in the context of instructional communication across cultures, b) to study cultural differences of nonverbal language in instructional communication, and c) to study other relevant variables, apart from cultural differences found in the studies between 1994 - 2013. This study uses documentary research on 42 pieces of research.Results of the research are as follow:1) Most studies are conducted during 1994 - 2013, in interdisciplinary field. The continent or countries studied the most is Northern America, especially USA. Most samples are university students. The research method used the most is survey research with a questionnaire. The level of cultural differences studied the most is “country" level while the topic studied the most is “nonverbal immediacy". “Kinetics" is type of nonverbal language found to be studied more than other types. 2) Cultural differences of nonverbal language in classroom found in the studies are “eye-contact", “smiling", “vocal expression", “gesture/posture", “body position", “touching", “interpersonal distance", “object", and “classroom climate/ environment".3) Other variables, besides cultural differences, related to nonverbal communication in classroom, are “gender", “field of study" and “teaching experience".
