Abstract

ศึกษาความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างพฤติกรรมการสื่อสาร ความคาดหวัง การใช้ประโยชน์ และความพึงพอใจของพนักงานในกลุ่มบริษัทเครือเจริญโภคภัณฑ์ กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการศึกษามีจำนวน 400 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการเก็บข้อมูล ได้แก่ แบบสอบถาม ผลการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลนำเสนอในรูปของร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ค่าความเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ค่าสถิติ t (t-test) การวิเคราะห์ความแปรปรวนทางเดียว (ANOVA) การทดสอบความแตกต่างค่าเฉลี่ยรายคู่ของ Scheffe และค่าสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์แบบเพียร์สัน ซึ่งประมวลผลโดยใช้คอมพิวเตอร์โปรแกรมสำเร็จรูป SPSS ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) พนักงานในกลุ่มบริษัทเครือเจริญโภคภัณฑ์ที่มีอายุ ระดับการศึกษา รายได้ ตำแหน่งและอายุงานที่แตกต่างกัน มีพฤติกรรมการสื่อสารผ่านระบบเครือข่าย Intranet แตกต่างกัน ส่วนพนักงานที่มี เพศและกลุ่ม/สายงานที่สังกัดแตกต่างกัน มีพฤติกรรมการสื่อสารผ่านระบบเครือข่าย Intranet ไม่แตกต่างกัน 2) พฤติกรรมการสื่อสารของพนักงานในกลุ่มบริษัทเครือเจริญโภคภัณฑ์ มีความสัมพันธ์กับความคาดหวังในการสื่อสารผ่านระบบเครือข่าย Intranet 3) พฤติกรรมการสื่อสารของพนักงานในกลุ่มบริษัทเครือเจริญโภคภัณฑ์ มีความสัมพันธ์กับการใช้ประโยชน์ในการสื่อสารผ่านระบบเครือข่าย Intranet 4) พฤติกรรมการสื่อสารของพนักงานในกลุ่มบริษัทเครือเจริญโภคภัณฑ์ มีความสัมพันธ์กับความพึงพอใจในการสื่อสารผ่านระบบเครือข่าย Internet 5) ความคาดหวังของพนักงานในกลุ่มบริษัทเครือเจริญโภคภัณฑ์ มีความสัมพันธ์เชิงบวกกับการใช้ประโยชน์ ในการสื่อสารผ่านระบบเครือข่าย Intranet 6) ความคาดหวังของพนักงานในกลุ่มบริษัทเครือเจริญโภคภัณฑ์ มีความสัมพันธ์เชิงบวกกับความพึงพอใจในการสื่อสารผ่านระบบเครือข่าย Intranet 7) การใช้ประโยชน์ของพนักงานในกลุ่มบริษัทเครือเจริญโภคภัณฑ์ มีความสัมพันธ์เชิงบวกกับความพึงพอใจในการสื่อสารผ่านระบบเครือข่าย Intranet

Other Abstract (Other language abstract of ETD)

To study the correlation among communication behavior, expectation, use and gratifications of intranet network system among the employees of Charoen Pokphand group. The samples were 400 employees of Chroen Pokphand Group. Questionnaires were used to collect the data. Percentage, mean, standard deviation, t-test, one-way analysis of varience, multiple comparison of Scheffe method and Pearson's product moment correlation coefficient were employed for the analysis of the data. SPSS program was used for data processing. The results of the research were as follows 1) Employees different in age, education level, income, position and years of service were different in communication behavior through intranet network system. But employees different in sex and business group were not different in communication behavior. 2) Communication behavior of employees of Chroen Pokphand Group correlated with expectation of advantage from intranet network system. 3) Communication behavior of empolyees of Charoen Pokphand Groupcorrelated with the used of intranet network system. 4) Communication behavior of employees of Charoen Pokphand Group correlated with the gratification of intranet network system. 5) Expectation of employees of Charoen Pokphand Group correlated with the use of intranet network system 6) Expectation of employees of Charoen Pokphand Group correlated with the gratification of intranet network system. 7) The use of intranet network system correlated with gratification of intranet network system.
