Abstract

การวิจัยครั้งนี้เป็นงานวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพมีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาสถานะภาพและการเปลี่ยนแปลงของสื่อซีดีรอมเพื่อการศึกษาในประเทศไทย ตั้งแต่อดีตถึงปัจจุบัน รวมถึงการศึกษากระบวนการผลิต และเทคโนโลยีการผลิตสื่อซีดีรอมเพื่อการศึกษาผลการวิจัยพบว่า สถานภาพสื่อซีดีรอมเพื่อการศึกษา ประกอบด้วยปัจจัย2ส่วนคือ 1. ปัจจัยภายในที่เกิดขึ้นกับองค์กรผู้ผลิตในด้านวัตถุประสงค์ขององค์กร และนโยบายในการดำเนินงานขององค์กร วัตถุประสงค์ในการผลิต เทคโนโลยี และกระบวนการผลิต 2. ปัจจัยภายนอกเป็นสภาวะแวดล้อมองค์กรผู้ผลิตในด้านของเศรษฐกิจ ด้านนโยบายการศึกษาภาครัฐ ด้านตลาดผู้ใช้สื่อ และด้านกฎหมาย โดยความเปลี่ยนแปลงที่เกิดขึ้นกับสถานภาพของสื่อซีดีรอม ในแต่ละช่วงเวลาที่ถูกแบ่งตามปัจจัยที่มากำหนดสถานภาพ เกิดความเปลี่ยนแปลงใน 3 ช่วงเวลาคือ ช่วงที่หนึ่งก่อน พ.ศ.2535 เทคโนโลยีเป็นตัวกำหนดให้เกิดความเปลี่ยนแปลง ช่วงที่สอง พ.ศ.2536 ถึง พ.ศ.2540 นโยบายองค์กรผู้ผลิตเป็นตัวกำหนดให้เกิดความเปลี่ยนแปลง และช่วงที่สาม แนวโน้มสถานภาพสื่อซีดีรอมเพื่อการศึกษาจะเกิดความเปลี่ยนแปลงอันเนื่องมาจากปัจจัยแวดล้อมภายนอกเป็นตัวกำหนด

Other Abstract (Other language abstract of ETD)

This research is base on quality research which has purpose for studying about the status and changes of CD-ROM for educational media in Thailand from the past to the present, including studying about the process and technology of CD-ROM production.As the result, It indicates that there are two factors effect to educational CD-ROM production. The first is the internal factor of producer such as objectives,Operation policies, production technology and process.The second is the external factor such as environment, economic growth, education policies of government, market share and the legislation. The third is the trend of status of educational CD-ROM will change by the external factor. There are 3 periods of changes in CD-ROM production; pre B.C.2535, B.C.2536-2540 and B.C.2541-2545 The trend of educational CD-ROM production will change from external to internal factor.
