Abstract

การวิจัยครั้งนี้เป็นการวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพ โดยการสัมภาษณ์เชิงลึก จาก 8 กรณีศึกษา รวมทั้งการศึกษาจากเอกสารและงานวิจัยที่เกี่ยวข้อง ผลพบว่าพัฒนาการการค้ามนุษย์ (การบังคับค้าประเวณี) ในสังคมไทยยุคทุนนิยมมีสาเหตุมาจากความยากจน ด้อยการศึกษา ค่านิยม บูชาเงิน และความต้องการที่จะมีรายได้เสริมและอยากได้ผลในระยะเวลาสั้นๆจึงทำให้เกิดการค้าประเวณีและถูกบังคับค้าประเวณี การค้าประเวณีในประเทศไทยจะเชื่อมโยงกระบวนการค้าประเวณี กระบวนการค้ามนุษย์ (บังคับค้าประเวณี) ในประเทศอื่นๆ แถบเอเชีย โดยมีกลุ่มค้ามนุษย์ในประเทศนั้นๆ เข้าร่วมในกระบวนการ จาก 8 กรณีศึกษาและจากการวิจัยที่เกี่ยวข้องพบว่าเด็กและหญิงสาวที่ตกเป็นเหยื่อของกระบวนการค้ามนุษย์ส่วนใหญ่การศึกษาน้อยบางรายครอบครัวแตกแยก การถูกหลอกลวงและถูกบังคับค้าประเวณีเพราะต้องการมีรายได้มากขึ้น ซึ่งบางคนก็คิดจะค้าประเวณีโดยสมัครใจในต่างประเทศแต่ไม่คิดว่าจะถูกหลอกลวงและถูกบังคับค้าประเวณี โดยไม่ได้รับค่าตอบแทน การป้องกันและแก้ไขการค้ามนุษย์ (การบังคับค้าประเวณี ) โดยภาครัฐและเอกชนนั้นควรจัดให้มีการบริการทางสังคมอย่างทั่วถึง สร้างเครือข่ายช่วยเหลือและคุ้มครองเด็กทั่วประเทศ มูลนิธิปวีณาหงสกุลเพื่อเด็กและสตรี ได้ช่วยเหลือผู้เคราะห์ร้ายทั้ง 8 คน ให้หลุดพ้นจากกระบวนการค้ามนุษย์และได้ติดต่อให้ ตำรวจติดตามจับกุมผู้กระทำผิด ส่วนผู้เคราะห์ร้าย ทางมูลนิธิฯได้ให้ความช่วยเหลือดูแลบำบัดฟื้นฟูร่างกายและจิตใจ

Other Abstract (Other language abstract of ETD)

This research is qualitative research bases on 8 case studies together with documents and relevant researches. It finds that the development of human trade (coered prostitution) in Thai capitalist society originates from the poverty associated with money oriented tradition. This paves the way for immediate money seeking leading to coerced prostitution finally. According to The 8 case studies. The victimes are the people in up countries. The poverty | less education | and the broken home, are the prime causes to bring them about the way to coerced prostitution. It finds that the process of coerced prostitution in Thailand links with the organized crimes of many countries in Asia. Praveena Foundation For Children and women was able to help all of 8 victimes by asking for co-operation of polices and government officers to suppress the 8 criminal cases. For 8 victimes, they have been rehabilitated mines and bodies by Praveena Foundation For Children and women.
