Abstract

การวิจัยครั้งนี้เป็นการวิจัยเชิงสำรวจ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อการตอบสนองทางเพศและความพึงพอใจทางเพศของผู้สูงอายุในกรุงเทพมหานคร ซึ่งมีอายุ 60 ปีขึ้นไป จำนวน 450 คน โดยใช้ปบบสอบถาม สถิติที่ใช้คือ อัตราส่วน ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ค่าเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ค่าสันประสิทธ์แอลฟ่า ของครอนบัคและ Chi-Squareผลการศึกษาพบว่า เป็นชายร้อยละ 47.6 หญิงร้อยละ 52.4 มีอายุเฉลี่ย 65 ปี ค่าเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐานเท่ากับ 1.021 ผู้สูงอายุส่วนใหญ่มีสถานภาพสมรสอยู่กับคู่ เป็นชายร้อยละ 63.6 หญิงร้อยละ 34.4 โรคประจำตัวที่พบ ได้แก่ โรคความดันโลหิตสูงในชายร้อยละ 63.6 หญิงร้อยละ 34.3 การศึกษาเกี่ยวกับสุขภาพทางเพศของผู้สูงอายุ พบว่า ผู้สูงอายุชายร้อยละ 58.9 หญิงร้อยละ 18.2 ที่ยังคงมีความต้องการทางเพศ กิจกรรมทางเพศี่ผู้สูงอายุมีในช่วง 4 เดือนที่ผ่านมาได้แก่ การสำเร็จความใคร่ด้วยตนเอง ชายร้อยละ 31.8 หญิง ร้อยละ 44.9 มีเพศสัมพันธ์ในผู้สูงอายุชายร้อยละ 18.7 ผู้สูงอายุหญิงน้อยละ 23.3 ปัญหาทางเพศที่พบที่ผู้สูงอายุและคู่ของเพศหญิงได้แก่ การหลั่งน้ำอสุจิช้า ชายร้อยละ 12.6 หญิงร้อยละ 43.3 ปัญหาการเจ็บแสบช่องคลอดในผู้สูงอายุหญิงพบร้อยละ 54.7 และคู่ของผู้สูงอายุชายร้อยละ 19.4 ผู้สูงอายุส่วนใหญ่มีเจตคติเรื่องเพศ ความพึงพอใจทางเพศ และการตอบสนองทางเพศในระดับปานกลางผลการศึกษาความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างตัวแปรต่างๆ กับการจตอบสนองทางเพศและความพึงพอใจทางเพศนั้น พบว่า เพศ สถานภาพสมรส โรคเรื้อรังไม่ติดต่อ การตรวจสุขภาพ การออกกำลังกาย การดื่มแอลกอฮอล์ การสูบบุหรี่ กิจกรรมเรื่องเพศ ความเครียด ความต้องการทางเพศ ปัญหาทางเพศ และเจตคติมีความสัมพันธ์กับการตอบสนองทางเพศและความพึงพอใจทางเพศอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ

Other Abstract (Other language abstract of ETD)

This research objective was to study the factors effecting sexual response and sexual satisfaction in older people living in Bangkok Metropolitan area. The sample included 450 people who were 60 years or older. A survey questionnaire was used for data collection. The statistics used were percentage, mean, standard deviation, Cranbach’s alpha and chi-square. The results indicated 47.6% males and 52.4% female, the average age was 65 years. Most of the elders were married, 63.6% males and 34.4% females. The sexual health study indicated that 58.9% males and 18.2% females still experienced sexual desire. Sexual activities during the past 4 months included: masturbation 31.8% males and 44.9% females; sexual intercourse 18.7% males and 23.3% females. The sexual dysfuntion experienced by the elders and/or their spouse were: premature ejaculation 12.6% males and 43.3% females; and vaginismus in females 54.7% and were spouses of male participants 19.4%. Most of the elders had moderate level of sexual satisfaction and sexual response. The association between factors regarding sexual response and sexual satisfaction were statistically significant. These factors were marital status, non-communicable diseases, having a physical checkup, exercise, alcohol consumption, smoking, sexual activities, stress, sexual desire, sexual problems and attitude toward elderly sex.
