Abstract

ในการพยายามช่วยเหลือผู้ผลิตหัตถกรรมในการเพื่มขีดความสามารถในการพัฒนาผลิตภัณฑ์ แนวคิดนวัตกรรมในการออกแบบอย่างมีส่วนร่วมได้ถูกนำมาศึกษาและทดลองเพื่อนำมาปรับใช้กับบริบทของหัตถกรรมไทย โดยการทดลองเชิงปฏิบัติ ทำการศึกษาความสัมพันธ์ในการทำงานออกแบบร่วมกันระหว่างลูกค้าและผู้ผลิตหัตถกรรม จนนำมาซึ่งการพัฒนาระบบเวทีในการออกแบบอย่างมีส่วนร่วมบนอินเตอร์เน็ต ที่เป็นพื้นที่แลกเปลี่ยนความคิดและผลิตภัณฑ์ โดยอยู่บนเวบไซต์ www.craftworkshop.org ซึ่งผลของการดำเนินการวิจัย ทำให้ได้ผลิตภัณฑ์ที่เกิดจากแนวคิดของลูกค้าที่ร่วมพัฒนากับผู้ผลิตหัตถกรรม และได้ผลเป็นผลิตภัณฑ์ที่นำออกสู่ตลาดและได้รับการยอมรับซื้อไปใช้จากลูกค้า ซึ่งแม้ว่ากรณีของผลิตภัณฑ์ที่ได้จากกระบวนการนวัตกรรมการออกแบบอย่างมีส่วนร่วมจะมีอยู่น้อย แต่ก็ได้แสดงถึงศักยภาพในการนำเอากระบวนการออกแบบอย่างมีส่วนร่วมและการนำเอาองค์ความรู้่จากลูกค้ามาเพื่อใช้ในการพัฒนาผลิตภัณฑ์หัตถกรรม และเป็นแนวทางให้แก่ผู้ผลิตในการพัฒนาผลิตภัณฑ์ของตนเองต่อไป

Other Abstract (Other language abstract of ETD)

To study the way to aid the handicraft sector especially in the product development area, the innovative concept of bringing the idea from the customer to the producer of the handicraft product was studied with several workshops, analyzed and created by applying the crowdsourcing concept through the online platform on th website “www.craftworkshop.org”. Along the research and the experiment of platform, new products from customer's idea had been created which some later became new handicraft products and able to sell in the marketplace. Although there was only few success cases, but this study shown the potential of an alternative way for the new product development method of the handicraft sector in order to help the producer for the initial idea to develop the handicraft product that could match the need of customer.
