Abstract

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ (1) ศึกษาสถานการณ์ปัจจุบันด้านสิ่งแวดล้อม สังคม เศรษฐกิจ และสภาพปัญหาของการท่องเที่ยวบริเวณเขากระโจม อำเภอสวนผึ้ง จังหวัดราชบุรี (2) ประเมินความวิกฤตจากการท่องเที่ยวเขากระโจมด้วยกระบวนการลำดับชั้นเชิงวิเคราะห์ และ (3) พัฒนาแบบจำลองสำหรับการประเมินความวิกฤตจากการท่องเที่ยวประเภทภูเขาลูกโดด โดยทำการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลในภาคสนาม ห้องปฏิบัติการ และแบบสอบถาม เพื่อนำมาใช้เป็นข้อมูลประกอบการตัดสินใจของผู้เชี่ยวชาญในการประเมินความวิกฤตจากการท่องเที่ยวด้วยกระบวนการลำดับชั้นเชิงวิเคราะห์ (Analytic Hierarchy Process: AHP) และนำค่าน้ำหนักความสำคัญที่ได้มาใช้ในการพัฒนาแบบจำลองสำหรับการประเมินความวิกฤตจากการท่องเที่ยวประเภทภูเขาลูกโดด ผลการศึกษาพบว่า ปัจจุบันการท่องเที่ยวเขากระโจมส่งผลกระทบทางด้านสิ่งแวดล้อม สังคม และเศรษฐกิจ เช่น สัตว์ป่าหลีกเลี่ยงเส้นทางที่มีกิจกรรมออฟโรด เสียงรบกวนจากรถออฟโรดสูงเกินค่ามาตรฐาน การขาดแคลนน้ำใช้ การตกค้างของขยะจำนวนมาก ชุมชนมีส่วนร่วมในการจัดการการท่องเที่ยวในระดับน้อย และเมื่อทำการประเมินความวิกฤตจากการท่องเที่ยวด้วยกระบวนการลำดับชั้นเชิงวิเคราะห์พบว่า ปัจจัยด้านสิ่งแวดล้อมมีความสำคัญเป็นอันดับที่ 1 รองลงมาคือ ปัจจัยด้านสังคม และปัจจัยเศรษฐกิจ ตามลำดับ ทั้งนี้แบบจำลองสำหรับการประเมินความวิกฤตจากการท่องเที่ยวประเภทภูเขาลูกโดดที่พัฒนาขึ้น ประกอบด้วยสมการทางคณิตศาสตร์และแบบประเมินความวิกฤตจากการท่องเที่ยวประเภทภูเขาลูกโดด เพื่อใช้หาคะแนนรวมของดัชนีความวิกฤตจากการท่องเที่ยว (Critical Weight Index) โดยพิจารณาปัจจัยทางด้านสิ่งแวดล้อม 7 ปัจจัย ด้านสังคม 6 ปัจจัย และด้านเศรษฐกิจ 3 ปัจจัย รวมทั้งสิ้น 16 ปัจจัย ผลการทดสอบแบบจำลองพบว่าปัจจุบันการท่องเที่ยวเขากระโจมอยู่ในสภาวะวิกฤต จึงจำเป็นที่จะต้องนำหลักการการท่องเที่ยวเชิงนิเวศมาปรับใช้ในการบริหารจัดการการท่องเที่ยว เพื่อลดระดับความวิกฤตและผลกระทบต่อระบบนิเวศและสิ่งแวดล้อม

The objectives of this research are to; (1) study the existing conditions on environment, socio-economic and tourism problems at Khao Krajome, Suan Phueng District, Ratchaburi Province, (2) assess the tourism crisis at Khao Krajome by using Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP), and (3) develop critical assessment model for tourism on dome mountain. Field survey, laboratory analysis, and questionnaires were implemented for applying as the information for experts to evaluate the tourism crisis using AHP. Then the weighting score was applied to develop the critical assessment model for tourism on dome mountain. The study results revealed that, at the present, tourism at Khao Krajome causes environmental, social, and economic impacts, for example, avoiding off road activity routes of wild animals, exceeding standard noise from off road vehicles, lacking of water supply, remaining of huge amount of waste, and lacking of public participation on tourism management. In addition, the tourism crisis assessment using AHP indicated that environmental factor is the first priority followed by social factor and economic factor respectively. Furthermore, the critical assessment model for tourism on dome mountain composes of an equation and an evaluation form to find sum of Critical Weight Index. Seven environmental factors, six social factors, and three economic factors (sixteen factors totally) are considered in this model. The result of model verification revealed that tourism at Khao Krajome is in crisis status. Therefore, the ecotourism principles must be applied for the tourism management to reduce the critical level and minimize impacts on ecosystem and environment.
