Abstract

งานวิจัยฉบับนี้มุ่งศึกษาปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อพฤติกรรมการลงทุนอย่างมีความรับผิดชอบต่อสังคม สร้างแนวทางการคัดกรองและจัดแบ่งประเภทของการลงทุนอย่างมีความรับผิดชอบต่อสังคม จากนั้นนำผลการศึกษาที่ได้มาพัฒนานวัตกรรมการบูรณาการและส่งเสริมการลงทุนอย่างมีความรับผิดชอบต่อสังคม แล้วทำการทดสอบการยอมรับนวัตกรรม และสร้างคุณค่าเชิงสังคมและพาณิชย์จากนวัตกรรมการบูรณาการและส่งเสริมการลงทุนอย่างมีความรับผิดชอบต่อสังคมผลการศึกษาด้านนักลงทุนรายย่อยถึงปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อพฤติกรรมการลงทุนอย่างมีความรับผิดชอบต่อสังคม โดยใช้แนวคิด Logistic Regression Model จากตัวอย่างจำนวน 424 คน พบว่า ปัจจัยที่มีนัยสำคัญต่อพฤติกรรมการลงทุนอย่างมีความรับผิดชอบต่อสังคม ประกอบด้วย เพศ ระดับการศึกษา การนับถือศาสนา รายได้เฉลี่ยครอบครัว ระดับทรัพย์สินในครอบครอง ความรู้ในการลงทุน และความตระหนักถึงเรื่องจริยธรรม สังคมและสิ่งแวดล้อม ด้านของนักลงทุนสถาบัน พบว่า กองทุนที่ลงทุนอย่างมีความรับผิดชอบต่อสังคม มีค่อนข้างจำกัดเพียง 10 กองทุน อย่างไรก็ตาม กองทุนเหล่านี้มีการลงทุนตามกรอบนโยบายการลงทุนที่ประกาศไว้สำหรับผลการศึกษาการสร้างแนวทางการคัดกรองและจัดแบ่งประเภทของการลงทุนอย่างมีความรับผิดชอบต่อสังคม พบว่า จากการศึกษาบริษัทจดทะเบียนในตลาดหลักทรัพย์แห่งประเทศไทยที่มีมูลค่าการซื้อขายสูงสุด 50 อันดับ โดยทำการออกแบบวิธีและเกณฑ์ในการประเมินคะแนนความยั่งยืนแก่หลักทรัพย์ ผลการทดสอบให้ผลเป็นที่น่าพอใจ อันเป็นที่มาของการสร้างนวัตกรรมการบริการประเมินระดับการดำเนินธุรกิจอย่างยั่งยืนและมีความรับผิดชอบต่อสังคม (Top Sustainable Investment: TSI Rating) ขึ้น โดยหัวข้อที่ได้ออกแบบไว้สำหรับการประเมิน มีความครอบคลุมทุกประเด็นด้านการลงทุนอย่างมีความรับผิดชอบต่อสังคมที่ตั้งอยู่บนพื้นฐานของ Triple Bottom Line และยังได้เพิ่มเติมประเด็นด้านการคำนึงถึงหลักธรรมาภิบาล และการต่อต้านคอร์รัปชั่น ทำให้เป็นแนวทางการประเมินที่มีความครอบคลุมประเด็นด้านการลงทุนอย่างมีความรับผิดชอบต่อสังคมมากที่สุดเท่าที่เคยมีมาจากนั้นนำผลการศึกษาที่ได้มาพัฒนาต้นแบบนวัตกรรมการบูรณาการและส่งเสริมการลงทุนอย่างมีความรับผิดชอบต่อสังคม ภายใต้แนวคิดการออกแบบที่ทำให้การลงทุนเป็นเรื่องง่ายและนำมาซึ่งความสุข ซึ่งต้นแบบนวัตกรรมนี้ผ่านการทดสอบการยอมรับ และพร้อมนำไปขออนุญาตกับทางสำนักงานคณะกรรมการกำกับหลักทรัพย์และตลาดหลักทรัพย์ เพื่อดำเนินธุรกิจเพื่อสังคมต่อไป

Other Abstract (Other language abstract of ETD)

This research aims to study the factors that affect the socially responsible investment behavior. Create a guideline for screening and categorizing socially responsible investments. Then, the result of the study was to develop the innovative integration and incitement of socially responsible investment. Then test the acceptance of innovation and create social and commercial value through the innovation.The results of individual investor studies on the factors affecting the socially responsible investment behavior using the Logistic Regression Model from 424 samples found that the significant factor for responsible investment behavior was consists of Gender, Education level, Religion, Average family income, Property level in possession, Knowledge of investment and Awareness of Ethics, Social and Environment. The results of Institutional investor studies found that there were only 10 socially responsible funds. However, these funds were invested in accordance with the announced investment policy framework.In the asset class aspect, the suitable method that was designed for assessing the most 50 market capitalization in The Stock Exchange of Thailand can provide the effective application. Then, the results of the study have been developed to create innovative platform for integrating and promoting socially responsible investments under a design concept that makes investing easy and bring happiness. This innovative model passed the acceptance test and ready to apply for permission with the Securities and Exchange Commission, Thailand to continue the business for society.
