Abstract

วัตถุประสงค์ของการวิจัย เพื่อศึกษาและเปรียบเทียบความคิดเห็นของครูประจำการและนักศึกษาวิทยาลัยครูในจังหวัดอุตรดิตถ์เกี่ยวกับขอบเขตหน้าที่และเกณฑ์มาตรฐานของครูประถมศึกษา วิธีการวิจัย 1. ศึกษาและสร้างแบบสอบถามความคิดเห็นแบบมีคำตอบให้เลือก 4 คำตอบและให้เลือกตอบเพียงคำตอบเดียว แบบมาตราส่วนประเมินค่า และแบบมีคำตอบแบบให้เลือก 2 คำตอบและให้เลือกตอบเพียงคำตอบเดียว จำนวน 180 ข้อ มีรายละเอียดประกอบด้วยความรู้วิชาสามัญความรู้วิชาครู ทักษะในการสอนของครู ทัศนคติของครู และหน้าที่และงานของครู 2. นำแบบสอบถามไปใช้กับตัวอย่างประชากรซึ่งเป็นครูประจำการ จำนวน 250 คน และนักศึกษาวิทยาลัยครู 500 คน ในจังหวัดอุตรดิตถ์ 3. วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยหาค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ทดสอบค่าไคสแควร์ และค่าความแตกต่างระหว่างค่าเฉลี่ย นำเสนอในรูปตารางและความเรียง สรุปผลการวิจัย 1. ครูประจำการและนักศึกษาวิทยาลัยครูส่วนใหญ่มีความคิดเห็นเกี่ยวกับความรู้วิชาสามัญความรู้วิชาครู ทักษะในการสอนของครู ทัศนคติของครู และหน้าที่และงานของครู ตรงจุดมุ่งหมายเฉพาะและอยู่ในเกณฑ์ที่น่าพอใจ 2. ความเป็นครูประจำการและนักศึกษาวิทยาลัยครูมีอิทธิพลต่อการแสดงความคิดเห็นเกี่ยวกับความรู้วิชาสามัญ และความรู้วิชาครูของครูประถมศึกษาเป็นบางเรื่อง กล่าวคือผลการวิเคราะห์ค่าไคสแควร์การแสดงความคิดเห็นของตัวอย่างประชากรทั้งสองกลุ่มแตกต่างกัน ค่าไคสแควร์บางค่ามีนัยสำคัญที่ระดับ .05 และค่าไคสแควร์บางค่าไม่มีนัยสำคัญที่ระดับ .05 3. ผลต่างระหว่างค่าเฉลี่ยของคะแนนความคิดเห็นของครูประจำการและนักศึกษาวิทยาลัยครูเกี่ยวกับความรู้วิชาสามัญของครูประถมศึกษามีนัยสำคัญที่ระดับ .05 ซึ่งอาจกล่าวได้ว่าโดยเฉลี่ยแล้วครูประจำการและนักศึกษาวิทยาลัยครูมีความคิดเห็นเกี่ยวกับความรู้วิชาสามัญของครูประถมศึกษาแตกต่างกัน ที่ระดับความมีนัยสำคัญ .05 4. ผลต่างระหว่างค่าเฉลี่ยของคะแนนความคิดเห็นของครูประจำการและนักศึกษาวิทยาลัยครูเกี่ยวกับความรู้วิชาครูของครูประถมศึกษาไม่มีนัยสำคัญที่ระดับ .05 ซึ่งอาจกล่าวได้ว่าโดยเฉลี่ยแล้วครูประจำการและนักศึกษาวิทยาลัยครูมีความคิดเห็นเกี่ยวกับความรู้วิชาครูของครูประถมศึกษาไม่แตกต่างกัน ที่ระดับความมีนัยสำคัญ .05

Other Abstract (Other language abstract of ETD)

Purpose The purpose of this research was to study and compare the opinions of teachers and teachers college students in Uttaradit province concerning task and criterion profiles of elementary school teachers. Procedures 1. The data of this research were collected from 180 opinionaires which consisted of multiple choice, rating scale and check-list answers. These opinionaires were designed to evaluate general education, professional education, technical skills of teaching, attitudes and values and job description of elementary school teachers. 2. Opinionaires were sent to 250 teachers and 500 teachers college students in Uttaradit province. 3. The obtained data were analyzed in percentage, mean, standard deviation, chi-square and ʓ - test. The conclusions were presented in tables and explanation. Findings 1. The opinions of most teachers and teachers college students concerning general education, professional education, technical skills of teaching, attitudes and values and job description of elementary school teachers were satisfactory. 2. The status of being teachers and teachers college students influenced on some of the opinionare items. The results of some chi-square analysis were significant at the level of .05 whereas some were not significant. 3. The arithmetic mean of two groups on general education showed significant differences at the level of .05. 4. The arithmetic mean of two groups on professional education showed no significant differences at the level of .05.
