Abstract

วัตถุประสงค์ของการวิจัย เพื่อสำรวจปัญหาการใช้หลักสูตรประโยคมัธยมศึกษาตอนปลาย ฉบับพุทธศักราช 2518 ในเขตการศึกษา 11 วิธีดำเนินการวิจัย เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยครั้งนี้ ได้แก่แบบสอบถามสำหรับบุคลากรที่มีส่วนในการใช้หลักสูตรดังกล่าว ประกอบด้วยผู้บริหารโรงเรียน หัวหน้าหมวดวิชา อาจารย์ผู้สอน และเจ้าหน้าที่ต่างๆ ในโรงเรียน ซึ่งได้แก่เจ้าหน้าที่แนะแนว เจ้าหน้าที่ทะเบียน เจ้าหน้าที่วัดผลการศึกษา และเจ้าหน้าที่ห้องสมุด บุคลากรเหล่านี้ปฏิบัติหน้าที่อยู่ในโรงเรียนสังกัดกรมสามัญศึกษา กระทรวงศึกษาธิการ ในเขตศึกษา 11 จำนวน 10 โรงเรียน ยกเว้นโรงเรียนมัธยมแบบประสม ได้รับแบบสอบถามคืนจากผู้ตอบจำนวน 237 คน หรือคิดเป็นร้อยละ 74.06% ของแบบสอบถามที่ส่งไปทั้งหมด แบบสอบถามดังกล่าวมี 14 ชุด แต่ละชุดประกอบด้วยแบบตรวจสอบ และมาตราส่วนประเมินค่าการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลใช้สัดส่วน ค่าร้อยละค่าเฉลี่ย (x ̅) และส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ผลการวิจัย ข้อมูลจากการศึกษาครั้งนี้สรุปได้ว่าการประกาศใช้หลักสูตรใหม่อย่างกะทันหันทำให้เกิดปัญหามากมาย เป็นปัญหาในด้านต่างๆ ดังต่อไปนี้ คือ บุคลากร ขาดบุคลากรต่อไปนี้คือ (1) อาจารย์ผู้สอนในทุกหมวดวิชาโดยเฉพาะอย่างยิ่งในหมวดวิชาโดยเฉพาะอย่างยิ่งในหมวดวิชาภาษาไทย สังคมศึกษา และศิลปศึกษา (2) เจ้าหน้าที่ทั้ง 4 ฝ่ายดังกล่าวมาแล้วข้างต้น บุคลากรไม่ได้รับเข้าการอบรมเกี่ยวกับการใช้หลักสูตรใหม่ผู้บริหารร้อยละ 31.42 หัวหน้าหมวดวิชาร้อยละ 20.69 อาจารย์ผู้สอนร้อยละ 62.84 เจ้าหน้าที่ต่างๆ ร้อยละ 38.71 ไม่เคยเข้ารับการอบรมเลย วัสดุอุปกรณ์และสถานที่ มีปัญหาเกี่ยวกับความไม่พอเพียงของ (1) ห้องปฏิบัติการทางภาษาในหมวดวิชาภาษาไทยและภาษอังกฤษ (2) วัสดุอุปกรณ์ที่จำเป็นในทุกหมวดวิชา (3) แบบเรียนและหนังสืออ่านประกอบสำหรับห้องสมุด เอกสารหลักสูตร มีปัญหาเกี่ยวกับการขาดแคลน (1) คู่มือประเมินผลการเรียน (2) คู่มือหลักสูตร (3) หนังสืออ่านประกอบในทุกหมวดวิชา (4) โครงการสอน (5) หนังสืออ่านประกอบ เนื้อหาวิชา การบรรจุเนื้อหาวิชามากเกินไปก่อให้เกิดปัญหาดังนี้คือ (1) การสอนให้คลุมเนื้อหาทั้งหมด (2) ความไม่เพียงพอของเวลาสำหรับนักเรียนที่จะศึกษาค้นคว้าด้วยตนเอง และ (3) ความไม่พอเพียงของเวลาสำหรับให้ครูตรวจงานของนักเรียน นอกจากนั้นยังมีปัญหาเกี่ยวกับการปรับเนื้อหาวิชาในบางหมวด เพื่อให้สอดคล้องกับ (1) สภาพของชุมชน (2) ความสนใจของนักเรียนในหมวดวิชาชีพ การประเมินผล มีปัญหามากใน (1) การประเมินผลให้ครบทั้ง 4 ทักษะ ในหมวดวิชาภาษาไทย และภาษาอังกฤษ (2) ความชัดเจนของระเบียบการประเมินผล งบประมาณ ปัญหาการขาดแคลนงบประมาณปรากฏในทุกๆ ด้านของการนำหลักสูตรไปใช้

Other Abstract (Other language abstract of ETD)

Purpose of the study The intent of this, study was to survey the problems of 2518 B.E. Upper Secondary School Curriculum implementation in Educational Region 11. Procedures A questionnaire was administered to the personnel working in 10 schools (excluding Comprehensive High Schools) under the auspice of the Department of General Education, Ministry of Education. They were administrators, heads of supject areas, classroom instructors and the four categories of staff, namely, counselors, registrars, evaluators and librarians. The questionnaires were returned from 237 respondents (74.06 percent of all the coppies sent). The questionnaire comprised of 14 sets for different groups of personnel. Each set was divided into two main sections : check list and rating scale. The data were analyzed using proportion, percentage, arithmetic mean, and standard deviation. Findings The data from this study revealed that the abrupt enforcement of this new curriculum brought about a multitude of problems. Personnel : Shortage of (1) instructors in all subject areas particularly in Thai, Social studies, and Applied Art. (2) The four categories of staff. Lack of exposure to any orientation program concerning the implementation of the curriculum : 31.42 percent among the administrators, 20.69 62.8 and 38.71 percent among the heads of subject areas, the instructors, and the four categories of staff respectively. Facilities : Inadequacy of (1) Language Laboratory in the subject areas of Thai and English (2) necessary instructional facilities (3) books and external readings for the libraries. Curriculum Materials : Lack of (1) guides for instructional evaluation (2) curriculum guides (3) suplementary readings in all areas (4) instruction plan. Curriculum Contents : Excessive contents generated the problems of (1) instruction for complete coverage; (2) inadequate time for students to conduct independent studies (3) inadequate time for teachers to correct the exercises. Failure in tailoring the contents to meet (า) local conditions in some subject areas and (2) students’ interests in vocational area. Evaluation : Problems of (1) complete evaluation in the four skills in the subject areas of Thai and English (2) clearity of evaluative rules and regulations. Budget : Lack of financial resources in all phases of curriculum implementation.
