Abstract

การศึกษาลักษณะการกำหนดหน้าที่การงานให้ครูในโรงเรียนมัธยมรัฐบาล ผู้วิจัยยึดลักษณะการกำหนดหน้าที่การงานให้ครูในโรงเรียนมัธยมรัฐบาล ประจำปีการศึกษา 2516 เป็นหน่วยตัวอย่าง ข้อมูลรวบรวมจากแบบรายงานครู กองแผนงาน กรมสามัญศึกษา แบ่งโรงเรียนในแต่ละภาคการศึกษาออกเป็น ขนาดใหญ่ ขนาดกลาง และขนาดเล็ก ได้ตัวอย่างครู 1,501, 1,388 และ 1,181 คน ตามลำดับ การวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยการกระจายร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย การวิเคราะห์ความแปรปรวนแบบมี 3 ตัวประกอบ ได้แก่ หมวดวิชาขนาดโรงเรียน และภาคการศึกษา และทดสอบความแตกต่างด้วยค่าซี (z-test) ได้ข้อค้นพบว่า (1) โรงเรียนทั้งสามขนาดมีครูฝ่ายบริหารบริการเป็นสัดส่วนน้อยกว่าที่คุรุสภากำหนด (2) มีครูสอนไม่ตรงตามวุฒิเพียง 5% (3) ครูฝ่ายบริหารและครูหัวหน้าหมวดวิชาในโรงเรียนขนาดใหญ่มีประสบการณ์ในการทำงานและการสอนมากกว่าในโรงเรียนขนาดกลาง และขนาดกลางมีมากกว่าขนาดเล็ก (4) การสอน 20.58 ชั่วโมงต่อสัปดาห์เป็นอัตราการทำงานปกติของครู (5) ครูในโรงเรียนขนาดใหญ่ ครูส่วนกลาง ครูหมวดวิชาภาษาไทย มีชั่วโมงสอนน้อยกว่าปกติ (6) ครูโรงเรียนขนาดเล็ก ครูหมวดวิชาศิลปศึกษาและศิลปะปฏิบัติมีชั่วโมงสอนมากกว่าปกติ (7) ครูโรงเรียนขนาดเล็กมีชั่วโมงสอนมากกว่าครูโรงเรียนขนาดกลาง และขนาดกลางมีมากกว่าโรงเรียนขนาดใหญ่ (8) ครูส่วนกลางมีชั่วโมงสอนน้อยกว่าครูส่วนภูมิภาค (9) ครูหมวดวิชาศิลปศึกษาและศิลปะปฏิบัติมีชั่วโมงสอนมากกว่าครูหมวดวิชาอื่น ๆ (10) ครูประจำชั้นในโรงเรียนขนาดใหญ่ และขนาดเล็กมีชั่วโมงสอนมากกว่าครูประจำวิชา

Other Abstract (Other language abstract of ETD)

This research was designed to study characteristics of teachers’ assignment in Government Secondary Schools. Data were obtained from the Planning Division, Department of General Education during the academic year 1973. The data sample was arranged according to school size, with 1,501, 1,388 and 1,181 teachers sampled from large, medium and small size schools respectively. Data were analyzed by analysis of variance 3 x 13 x 6 factorial design, including course of study, size of school and educational region. The z-test was used to discern significance. The investigator found that: (1) Personel in administration and school service are less than that stipulated by the Teachers’ Assembly. (2) Five percent of the assigned teachers teach subjects other than their major field. (3) Teachers in large schools have more teaching experience that those teaching in small schools. (4) The normal teaching expectancy is 20.58 hours per week. (5) Teachers in large schools, teachers in Bangkok, and those teaching Thai hold fewer teaching periods than the normal teaching expectancy. (6) Art and Practical Art teachers in small schools have more teaching hours than the normal expectancy. (7) Teachers in small schools are assigned more teaching hours than those in large schools. (8) Teachers in Bangkok teach less than teachers in rural schools. (9) Art and Practical Art teachers teach more hours than teachers of other subjects. (10) Classroom teachers are assigned more teaching hours than teachers of particular subjects.
