Abstract

วัตถุประสงค์ 1. เพื่อสำรวจและวิเคราะห์ สำหรับการดำเนินการจัดตั้งศูนย์โสตทัศนศึกษาสถาบันบัณฑิตพัฒนบริหารศาสตร์ ในด้านการบริหารงานศูนย์โสตทัศนศึกษาและการบริการโสตทัศนวัสดุอุปกรณ์ 2. เพื่อศึกษาความต้องการ ทัศนคติ และความคิดเห็นของอาจารย์ สถาบันบัณฑิตพัฒนบริหารศาสตร์ ซึ่งมีต่องานโสตทัศนศึกษา 3. เพื่อศึกษาเกี่ยวกับปัญหาการใช้โสตทัศนวัสดุอุปกรณ์ในการสอนและการฝึกอบรมของอาจารย์ในสถาบันบัณฑิตพัฒนบริหารศาสตร์ 4. เพื่อเสนอแนะโครงการสำหรับดำเนินการศูนย์โสตทัศนศึกษาการดำเนินการ 1. สำรวจโสตทัศนูปกรณ์ภายในสถาบัน 2. สัมภาษณ์และสังเกตการณ์ การดำเนินงานโสตทัศนศึกษาของสถาบันบัณฑิตพัฒนบริหารศาสตร์ 3. ใช้แบบสอบถามอาจารย์ นักวิชาการของสถาบันบัณฑิตพัฒนบริหารศาสตร์ในด้านความรู้ทั่วไป ทัศนคติ ความต้องการโสตทัศนวัสดุอุปกรณ์ จำนวนตัวอย่างประชากร 105 คน แล้วนำแบบสอบถามมาวิเคราะห์ทางสถิตินำผลการวิจัยมาอภิปราย สรุป และเสนอแนะ ผลการวิจัย 1. จากการวิจัยพบว่า ร้อยละ 91.43 ของอาจารย์ นักวิชาการ เห็นด้วยกับการจัดตั้งศูนย์โสตทัศนศึกษา 2. ปัญหาที่อาจารย์ นักวิชาการ ประสบได้แก่ การขาดแคลนโสตทัศนูปกรณ์ และห้องเรียนไม่เหมาะสมต่อการใช้โสตทัศนูปกรณ์ 3. อาจารย์ นักวิชาการ มีความต้องการที่จะได้รับการแนะนำเกี่ยวกับการใช้โสตทัศนูปกรณ์ประกอบการสอนบ้าง เพราะส่วนใหญ่มีประสบการณ์ทางโสตทัศนศึกษาน้อย ข้อเสนอแนะ 1. สถาบันควรสำรวจโสตทัศนูปกรณ์ที่มีอยู่ตามคณะ / สำนักต่างๆ เพื่อขึ้นทะเบียนไว้ ซึ่งจะเป็นประโยช์ต่อการขอใช้บริการ 2. สถาบันควรจัดตั้งศูนย์โสตทัศนศึกษาขึ้นเป็นส่วนกลาง มีหน้าที่ให้บริการสื่อการเรียนการสอนสมัยใหม่แก่คณะ / สำนักต่างๆ ตลอดจนหน่วยราชการภายนอก โดยรวมโสตทัศนูปกรณ์ซึ่งกระจายอยู่ตามคณะ / สำนักไว้ด้วยกัน 3. การวิจัยที่ควรกระทำเพิ่มเติมคือ การสำรวจความต้องการทางโสตทัศนวัสดุอุปกรณ์ของนักศึกษา อาจารย์ นักวิชาการ อีกครั้งหนึ่งหลังจากดำเนินการจัดตั้งศูนย์โสตทัศนศึกษาแล้ว

Other Abstract (Other language abstract of ETD)

Purposes : 1. To survey and analyze the audio-visual administration and services for the audio-visual center project of NIDA. 2. To study needs, attitudes and ideas of the academic staff of NIDA toward audio-visual aids. 3. To study problems in using audio-visual aids for teaching and training. 4. To recommend a practical project for setting up the audio-visual center of NIDA. Procedures :1. Survey audio-visual aids in NIDA. 2. Interview and observe the audio-visual status. 3. The questionnaire was designed and administered regarding to general information on AV usages attitude and weighing the needs of academic staff at NIDA in using audio-visual aids. Conclusions : 1. 91.34 percents of academic staff approved for NIDA audio-visual center project. 2. Most problems of instructor and others are lacking of audio-visual aids and room for using them. 3. It was stated that many of instructors and the staff have not much knowledge and information about audio-visual aids and they need some suggestions in using them. Recommendation : 1. The institute ought to survey all audio-visual aids in every school / center in order to register items which will be advantaged for service. 2. The institute should set up audio-visual center to be a service center. 3. The further research is to repeat the survey after the audio-visual center have already set up.|
