Abstract

การวิจัยนี้มีความประสงค์ที่จะศึกษาการใช้คะแนนแบบทดสอบลักษณะความเป็นผู้นำ คะแนนแบบทดสอบสังคมมิติ เพื่อพยากรณ์ความเป็นผู้นำของนักเรียน ในการวิจัยนี้ ผู้วิจัยได้ทำการสุ่มตัวอย่างจากนักเรียนโรงเรียนพณิชยการพระนครศรีอยุธยา จำนวน 160 คน แล้วแบ่งออกเป็น 2 กลุ่ม คือ 1. กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ตอบแบบทดสอบลักษณะความเป็นผู้นำ จำนวน 100 คน ซึ่งในกลุ่มนี้แบ่งออกเป็นกลุ่มนักเรียนที่เป็นประธานนักเรียน รองประธานนักเรียน กรรมการนักเรียน หัวหน้าห้อง รองหัวหน้าห้อง จำนวน 75 คน และนักเรียนที่ไม่ได้มีคุณสมบัติดังเช่นกลุ่มแรก จำนวน 25 คน 2. กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ตอบแบบทดสอบลักษณะความเป็นผู้นำ และแบบทดสอบสังคมมิติ จำนวน 60 คน ซึ่งในกลุ่มนี้แบ่งออกเป็นกลุ่มนักเรียนที่เป็นประธานนักเรียน รองประธานนักเรียน กรรมการนักเรียน หัวหน้าห้อง รองหัวหน้าห้อง จำนวน 20 คน และนักเรียนที่ไม่ได้มีคุณสมบัติดังเช่นกลุ่มแรก จำนวน 40 คน แบบทดสอบที่นำมาใช้ในการวิจัยครั้งนี้ คือ แบบทดสอบลักษณะความเป็นผู้นำที่นางสาวผ่องพรรณ อยู่ประเสริฐ ดัดแปลงมาจาก “The Leadership Ability Evaluation (LAE)" สร้างขึ้นโดยคัสเซล และสเตนิค (Cassel and Stanick) ในปี ค.ศ. 1961 และแบบทดสอบสังคมมิติที่ผู้วิจัยสร้างขึ้น แล้วคำนวณหาค่าสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์ของเพียร์สัน (Pearson’ Product Moment Correlation Coefficient) ระหว่างคะแนนแบบทดสอบลักษณะความเป็นผู้นำกับคะแนนความเป็นผู้นำ ผลการวิจัยสรุปได้ดังนี้ 1. คะแนนแบบทดสอบลักษณะความเป็นผู้นำ ไม่มีความสัมพันธ์อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ กับคะแนนความเป็นผู้นำนักเรียน 2. คะแนนแบบทดสอบสังคมมิติ มีความสัมพันธ์อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติกับคะแนนความเป็นผู้นำนักเรียน 3.คะแนนแบบทดสอบลักษณะความเป็นผู้นำ ไม่มีความสัมพันธ์อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติกับคะแนนแบบทดสอบสังคมมิติ

Other Abstract (Other language abstract of ETD)

The purpose of this study was to predict the student’s leadership ability from their scores on standardized leadership scale and with a sociometric technique. The subjects were one hundred and sixty students drawn from The Ayudhaya Commercial School. They were divided into two groups. The first group consisted of one hundred students: seventy-five of them were presidents, vice-presidents or committee members of the student organization. The rest were non-leaders. The second group was comprised of sixty students, twenty of whom were leaders. The leadership score was given to each leader according to the number of years he had been in a position of leadership. An adapted Thai Version of Cassel and Stanick’s Leadership Ability Evaluation (LAE, 1961) was given to both groups, and in addition, the sociometric technique was employed for the second group. The collected data was analyzed by means of Pearson’s Product Moment Correlation Coefficient in order to find the intercorrelations between the students’ leadership scores and their scores on the LAE, as The major results were as follows: 1. The students’ leadership scores and their scores on LAE were not significantly correlated. 2. The students’ leadership scores were significantly correlated with their scores on the sociometric test. 3. There was no statistically significant correlation between the students’ scores on LAE and those on the sociometric test.
