Abstract

การวิจัยในครั้งนี้มีจุดมุ่งหมายเพื่อศึกษาความเป็นไปได้ในการก่อสร้างโครงสร้างไม้ไผ่ที่มีช่วงพาดกว้าง 10 เมตร โดยอาศัยเทคโนโลยีที่เหมาะสมกับแรงงานคน และการรับและถ่ายแรงอย่าง ถูกต้องในส่วนต่างๆ ของโครงสร้าง โดยออกแบบอาคารตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการทดลองแก้ปัญหาก่อสร้าง อาคารด้วยไม้ไผ่ ให้มีความสอดคล้องกับประโยชน์ใช้สอยที่ต้องการ ในพื้นที่โครงการก่อสร้างโรงเก็บ เครื่องจักรในงานก่อสร้าง บริษัท ปทุมธานีบริวเวอรี่ จำกัด การเก็บข้อมูลแบ่งเป็น 2 เรื่องหลัก เรื่องแรกคือ ไม้ไผ่ โดยศึกษาเกี่ยวกับธรรมชาติและ คุณสมบัติของไม้ไผ่ และเทคโนโลยีก่อสร้างที่เกี่ยวกับไม้ไผ่ ส่วนเรื่องที่สองคือ ศึกษาเกี่ยวกับโครงสร้าง แบบโครง (Truss) โดยทำการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล หารูปแบบ และกรรมวิธีการก่อสร้างที่มีความเป็นไปได้ จากนั้นได้ดำเนินการก่อสร้างอาคารตัวอย่าง จากการวิจัยพบว่า ปัญหาในขั้นตอนการออกแบบอาคารนั้น ไม่สามารถนำแบบที่ได้ นำมา ก่อสร้างได้จริง เพราะไม้ไผ่ที่หาได้นั้น ไม่ได้ตามที่ต้องการ จึงต้องมีการปรับเปลี่ยนแบบก่อสร้างตามวัสดุที่ได้มา อาคารทดลองที่ทำการก่อสร้างเสร็จแล้วนั้น แสดงให้เห็นว่าไม้ไผ่มีความสามารถในการนำมาก่อสร้างอาคารช่วงพาดกว้างได้เป็นอย่างดี แม้ว่าจะใช้เพียงวัสดุอุปกรณ์ที่หาได้ง่ายทั่วไป รวมทั้งใช้เพียงแรงงานที่มีทักษะในงานก่อสร้างอาคารน้อยก็ตาม อาคารสามารถสร้างเสร็จในระยะเวลาอันสั้น อาคารมีความมั่นคง แข็งแรง และใช้งบประมาณในการก่อสร้างไม่มาก

Other Abstract (Other language abstract of ETD)

This research aims for studying the feasibility of constructing 10 yards wild span bamboo structure, by utilizing appropriate technology and labor and receiving, transferring strength in all part of the structure properly. A sample building has been designed for a trial construction of a bamboo building, in compliance with the requirement for its usefulness. Data collection is divided into 2 main points: The first one is about the nature and the quality of the bamboo to be studied, and construction technology to be used in this regard, while the second one is about the structure, and the truss, the data of which is to be analyzed, to issue the right design, and possible construction procedure. Thereafter the sample building will be constructed. According to the research, the building design can not be used for actual construction due to the bamboo supplied are not same type as required for the selected design. Therefore, construction design needs adjustment according to the materials obtained. Finally, the completed model bamboo building shows that bamboo can very well be used to build wide span structure, with materials and equipment available for supply easily anywhere. On top of that, construction of the bamboo building requires only labor with less skill. The building itself can be completed within a short period of time, despite firm and strong and not expensive.
