Abstract
การศึกษาครั้งนี้เป็นการดำเนินโครงการศึกษาอิสระ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อเปรียบเทียบภาระการดูแลของผู้ดูแลผู้ป่วยจิตเภท โรงพยาบาลเสนา จังหวัดพระนครศรีอยุธยา ก่อนและหลังการใช้โปรแกรมการสอนสุขภาพจิตแบบกลุ่ม กลุ่มตัวอย่างคือ ผู้ดูแลผู้ป่วยจิตเภทในเขตความรับผิดชอบของโรงพยาบาลเสนา จังหวัดพระนครศรีอยุธยา ซึ่งได้รับการคัดเลือกแบบเจาะจงตามคุณสมบัติที่กำหนดไว้ จำนวน 20 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการศึกษาคือ โปรแกรมสอนสุขภาพจิตแบบกลุ่ม ซึ่งพัฒนาขึ้นตามแนวคิดสุขภาพจิตศึกษา ของ Anderson (1980) และกระบวนการกลุ่มของ Marram (1978) เครื่องมือกำกับการศึกษาคือ แบบทดสอบความรู้ของผู้ดูแลในการดูแลผู้ป่วยโรคจิตเภท และเครื่องมือที่เก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลคือ แบบวัดภาระการดูแล ซึ่งเครื่องมือทุกชุดได้รับการตรวจสอบความตรงตามเนื้อหาโดยผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิ จำนวน 4 ท่าน ค่าความเที่ยงของแบบทดสอบความรู้มีค่า KR-20 เท่ากับ .80 และแบบวัดภาระการดูแลมีค่าความเที่ยงสัมประสิทธิ์อัลฟาของครอนบาค .82 วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้สถิติเชิงบรรยาย ได้แก่ การแจกแจงความถี่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ยและส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และเปรียบเทียบความแตกต่างของภาระการดูแลก่อนและหลังดำเนินโครงการ โดยใช้สถิติทดสอบที (Dependent t-test) สรุปผลการศึกษาได้ดังนี้ ค่าคะแนนภาระในการดูแลผู้ป่วยจิตเภทของผู้ดูแลทั้งโดยรวมและ รายด้าน คือ ภาระเชิงปรนัยและเชิงอัตนัย หลังการใช้โปรแกรมการสอนสุขภาพจิตแบบกลุ่ม ต่ำกว่าก่อนใช้โปรแกรมการสอนสุขภาพจิตแบบกลุ่มอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ. 05 (t = 17.06,15.66 และ! 5.82 ตามลำดับ)

The objective of this independent project study was to compare caregiving burden of caregivers of schizophrenic patients, Sena Hospital, Ayutthaya province before and after the utilization of group psycho-education program. A purposive sample of 20 caregivers of schizophrenic patients from the responsible area of Sena Hospital, Ayutthaya province who met the inclusion criteria were recruited. The instrument utilized in this study was a group psycho- education program which was developed based on Anderson's psychoeducation concept (1980) and group process of Marram (1978). The monitoring questionnaire was self-test about knowledge of caregivers. Data was collected using the caregivers burden instrument. All instruments were examined for content validity by 4 experts. The reliability of the knowledge –test was reported using KR-20 as .80 and the reliability of the burden scale was reported using Chronbach's Alpha coefficient as .82. Frequency, mean, standard deviation and dependent t-test were used for data analysis. Major findings were as follows : The total score as well as objective and subjective domain of caregiving burden of caregivers of schizophrenic patients after using the group psycho-education program was significant lower than that before at p .05 (t = 17.06, 15.66 and 15.82 respectively).
