Abstract
การศึกษาโครงการศึกษาอิสระครั้งนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อเปรียบเทียบภาระการดูแลของผู้ดูแลผู้ป่วยจิตเภทในเขตอำเภอแปลงยาว จังหวัดฉะเชิงเทรา ก่อนและหลังได้รับโปรแกรมสุขภาพจิตศึกษาครอบครัว กลุ่มตัวอย่างคือ ครอบครัวผู้ป่วยจิตเภทอันประกอบด้วย ผู้ดูแลผู้ป่วยจิตเภทและสมาชิกในครอบครัว ซึ่งได้รับการคัดเลือกแบบเฉพาะเจาะจงตามคุณสมบัติที่กำหนดไว้ จำนวน 20 ครอบครัว เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการดำเนินการศึกษาคือ โปรแกรมสุขภาพจิตศึกษาครอบครัว ซึ่งได้พัฒนามาจากโปรแกรมสุขภาพจิตศึกษาครอบครัวของ จิราพร รักการ (2549) ตามแนวคิดของ Anderson (1980) ที่ผ่านการตรวจสอบความตรงเชิงเนื้อหา จากผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิจำนวน 3 ท่าน เก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลโดยใช้แบบวัดภาระการดูแลของผู้ดูแลผู้ป่วยจิตเภท หาคำค่าความเที่ยงของแบบสอบถามได้เท่ากับ .94 วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลจากการศึกษาโดยใช้ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และการทดสอบค่าที (paired t-test) ผลการศึกษาที่สำคัญ สรุปได้ดังนี้ ภาระการดูแลของผู้ดูแลผู้ป่วยจิตเภทโรงพยาบาลแปลงยาว หลังได้รับโปรแกรมสุขภาพจิตศึกษาครอบครัว ทั้งรายด้านและโดยรวม ลดลงอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05

The purpose of this independent study was to compare the burden in schizophrenic patients's caregivers before and after using the family psychoeducation program. Samples were 20 families in community, Plaengyao District, Chachoengsao Province who met the inclusion criteria. The study instrument was the family psychoeducation program developed by Jiraporn Rakkarn (2549) based on Anderson's psychoeducation concept. The program was validated by 3 experts. Data were collected by burden of caregiver questionnaire that had Chronbach's alpha reliability at .94 and analyzed hypothesis by t-test. Major findings were as follows : The burden of caregivers in schizophrenic patients after using the family psychoeducation program, was significantly lower than that before the experiment, at the 05 level.
