Abstract

การศึกษาครั้งนี้เป็นการดำเนินโดรงการศึกษาอิสระ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อเปรียบเทียบความร่วมมือในการรักษาด้วยยาของผู้ป่วยจิตเภทก่อนและหลังการใช้โปรแกรมสุขภาพจิตศึกษา ที่เน้นกระบวนการกลุ่ม กลุ่มตัวอย่าง คือ ผู้ป่วยจิตเภทที่มารับการตรวจรักษาที่คลินิกจิตเวช แผนกผู้ป่วยนอก โรงพยาบาลนภาลัย จังหวัดสมุทรสงคราม ซึ่งได้รับการเลือกแบบเจาะจงตามคุณสมบัติที่กำหนดไว้ จำนวน 20 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการศึกษา คือโปรแกรมสุขภาพจิตศึกษาที่เน้นกระบวนการกลุ่มที่ได้พัฒนา ตามแนวคิดของ Anderson et al (1980:1983) และกระบวนการกลุ่มของ Maram (1978) เครื่องมือกำกับการศึกษาคือ แบบประเมินความรู้เกี่ยวกับการปฏิบัติตัวขณะรับการรักษาด้วยยารักษาจิตเวช และเครื่องมือเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลคือ แบบวัดความร่วมมือในการรักษาด้วยยาของผู้ป่วยจิตเภท ซึ่งเครื่องมือทุกชุดได้รับการตรวจสอบความตรงตามเนื้อหาโดย ผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิ งำนวน 3 ท่าน ค่าความเที่ยงของแบบประเมินความรู้มีค่า KR-20 เท่ากับ .80 และแบบวัดความร่วมมือในการรักษาด้วยยาของผู้ป่วยจิตเภท ค่าความเที่ยง KR-20 เท่ากับ .82 วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้สถิติเชิงบรรยาย ได้แก่ การแจกแจงความถี่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย และเปรียบเทียบความร่วมมือในการรักษาด้วยยาของผู้ป่วยจิตเภทความก่อนและหลังคำเนินโครงการโดยใช้สถิติทดสอบที (Dependent t-test) ผลการศึกษาที่สำคัญ สรุปได้ดังนี้ ความร่วมมือในการรักษาด้วยยาของผู้ป่วยจิตเภท หลังได้รับโปรแกรมสุขภาพจิตศึกษาที่เน้นกระบวนการกลุ่มสูงกว่าก่อนได้รับโปรแกรมสุขภาพจิตศึกษา ที่เน้นกระบวนการกลุ่ม อย่างมีนัยสำคัญที่ระดับ.05

Other Abstract (Other language abstract of ETD)

The objective of this independent study was to compare medication compliance of schizophrenic patients before and after the utilization of the group psychoeducation program. A purposive sample of 20 schizophrenic patients who met the inclusion criteria were recruited from the Outpatient Department of Napalai Hospital, Samutsongkharm province. The instrument utilized in this study was a group psychoeducation program which was developed based on Anderson's psychoeducation concept (1980) and group process of Marram (1978). The monitoring questionnaire was a self-test about knowledge of Self-management. Data was collected using medication compliance assessment scale. All instruments were examined for content validity by 3 experts. The reliability of the knowledge on Self-management was reported using KR-20 as .80 and the reliability of the medication compliance assessment scale using KR-20 as .75. Frequency, percentile, mean and dependent t-test were used for data analysis. Major findings were as follows : The total score post-test as well as medication compliance of schizophrenic patients after using the group psycho education program was significantly higher than that at p .05
