Abstract

การศึกษาอิสระครั้งนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาผลของการแสดงความโกรธ และพฤติกรรมก้าวร้าวในผู้ป่วยจิตเภท ก่อนและหลังได้รับโปรแกรมการจัดการกับความโกรธและพฤติกรรมก้าวร้าว กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการศึกษา คือ ผู้ป่วยจิตเภทมีประวัติพฤติกรรมก้าวร้าว เข้ารับการรักษาแผนกผู้ป่วยใน จำนวน 20 ราย คัดเลือกแบบเจาะจงตามคุณสมบัติที่กำหนดไว้ เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการศึกษาคือ โปรแกรมการจัดการกับความโกรธและพฤติกรรมก้าวร้าว ซึ่งพัฒนามาจากการศึกษาของ หทัยรัตน์ ดิษฐอั๊ง (2550) และสุธัญญา ทุทน (2551) ซึ่งใช้แนวคิดการจัดการกับความโกรธของ Novaco (1975) และกลยุทธการป้องกับการเกิดพฤติกรรมก้าวร้าวตามแนวคิดของ Hamolia (2005) แบบประเมินพฤติกรรมก้าวร้าว และแบบวัดการแสดงความโกรธ โดยตรวจความตรงเชิงเนื้อหาจากผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิ 3 ท่าน แบบประเมินพฤติกรรมก้าวร้าวมีค่าความเที่ยง โดยสูตรคูเดอร์ริชาร์ดสัน (KR-20) เท่ากับ .83 และแบบวัดการแสดงความโกรธ มีค่าความเที่ยง สัมประสิทธิ์อัลฟาของครอนบาค เท่ากับ .87 สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ค่าเฉลี่ยและส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และสถิติทดสอบที (Dependent t-test ) ผลการศึกษาที่สำคัญ สรุปได้ดังนี้ การแสดงความโกรธและพฤติกรรมก้าวร้าวของผู้ป่วยจิตเภท หลังได้รับโปรแกรมการจัดการกับความโกรธและพฤติกรรมก้าวร้าว น้อยกว่าก่อนได้รับโปรแกรมการจัดการกับความโกรธและพฤติกรรมก้าวร้าวอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ.05

Other Abstract (Other language abstract of ETD)

The purposes of this study were to compare anger and aggressive behavior in schizophrenic patients before and after using anger and aggressive behaviors management program. Sample of this study were 20 schizophrenic patients who had a history of aggressive behavior from in-patient unit, who met the inclusion criteria were recruited. The instrument used in this study was anger and aggressive behaviors management program which was developed by Hathairath dit-ung (2550) and Sutanya mton (2551) based on concept of anger management of Novaco (1975) and concept of aggressive management of Hamolia (2005). Collecting the data by anger scale and aggressive behavior scale. Which were tested for content validity by 3 experts and tested for reliability. Kuder Richards (KR-20) on coefficient reliability of aggressive behavior scale was .83 and Cronbach Alpha coefficient reliability of anger scale was .87. The study data were analyzed using mean, standard deviation and paired t-test. Major findings were as follows : Anger and aggressive behavior in schizophrenic patients after using anger and aggressive behaviors management program were lower than that before using anger and aggressive behaviors management program, at p .05 level.
