Abstract
การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาระดับความรอบรู้ด้านสุขภาพของพนักงานในนิคมอุตสาหกรรมบางปูและเพื่อเปรียบเทียบระดับความรอบรู้ด้านสุขภาพจำแนกตามตัวแปรเพศ อายุและระดับการศึกษา กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการศึกษาครั้งนี้ คือ พนักงานที่มีอายุ 18-55 ปีขึ้นไป และทำงานอยู่ในพื้นที่นิคมอุตสาหกรรมบางปู จำนวน 430 คน โดยคัดเลือกจากอุตสาหกรรมการผลิตหลัก 5 ประเภท โรงงานละ 4-5 คน ผู้วิจัยทำการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลโดยใช้แบบสอบถาม Google Form ความรอบรู้ด้านสุขภาพของพนักงานในนิคมอุตสาหกรรมบางปูที่ผู้วิจัยจัดทำขึ้น ประกอบด้วย ข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลและแบบสอบถามความรอบรู้ด้านสุขภาพ และนำมาวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยการแจกแจงความถี่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และเปรียบเทียบความแตกต่างโดยใช้สถิติทดสอบ “ที” (t-test) และวิเคราะห์ความแปรปรวนทางเดียว (One-way ANOVA) จากนั้นทำการเปรียบเทียบรายคู่ด้วยวิธีของ LSD (Least significant difference) กำหนดความมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.05 ผลการวิจัย พบว่า พนักงานในนิคมอุตสาหกรรมบางปูมีระดับความรอบรู้ด้านสุขภาพโดยรวมอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง หากพิจารณาในแต่ละองค์ประกอบพบว่า องค์ประกอบการเข้าถึงข้อมูลสุขภาพและบริการสุขภาพ ความรู้ ความเข้าใจ ทักษะการสื่อสาร การจัดการตนเอง ทักษะการตัดสินใจ และการรู้เท่าทันสื่ออยู่ในระดับปานกลางทุกด้าน เมื่อเปรียบเทียบระดับความรอบรู้ด้านสุขภาพจำแนกตามตัวแปรเพศ อายุและระดับการศึกษาพบว่า พนักงานเพศชายในนิคมอุตสาหกรรมบางปูมีความรอบรู้ด้านสุขภาพมากกว่าเพศหญิงอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.05 พนักงานในนิคมอุตสาหกรรมบางปูที่มีอายุ 18-30 ปี มีความรอบรู้ด้านสุขภาพมากกว่าพนักงานในนิคมอุตสาหกรรมบางปูที่มีอายุ 31-43 ปี และอายุ 44-55 ปีขึ้นไปอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.05 และพนักงานในนิคมอุตสาหกรรมบางปูที่มีระดับการศึกษาปริญญาตรีขึ้นไป มีความรอบรู้ด้านสุขภาพมากกว่าพนักงานในนิคมอุตสาหกรรมบางปูที่มีระดับการศึกษา มัธยมศึกษาตอนต้น/มัธยมศึกษาตอนปลาย/ปวช. อนุปริญญา/ปวส. อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.05 สรุปได้ว่า พนักงานในนิคมอุตสาหกรรมบางปูมีความรอบรู้ด้านสุขภาพโดยรวมอยู่ในระดับปานกลางและทุกองค์ประกอบอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง
Other Abstract (Other language abstract of ETD)
The objectives of this research were to study the health literacy level of workers in Bang Poo industrial estate and to compare the health literacy level which classified by gender, age and education level. The participants of this research were 430 workers in Bang Poo industrial estate with age between 18-55 and above which were collected by 5 main manufacturing types with 4-5 person per factory. A research instrument was Google Form of the health literacy of Bang Poo industrial estate. The questionnaire consists of demographic and health literacy. The data were analyzed using statistics, including frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, t-test and one-way ANOVA. A pairwise comparison was conducted by using LSD (Least significant difference). The statistically significant was set at p<0.05. The study found that most of the workers have an overall moderate level of health literacy. Considering each aspect, found that access, cognitive, communication skill, self-management, decision skill and media literacy were at moderate level. When personal factors, including sex age and education level were compared, male had higher levels of health literacy than women statistically significant at 0.05. The participants aged 18-30 had higher levels of health literacy than those aged 31-43 and 44-55 and above statistically significant at 0.05. The participants who graduated with higher bachelor’s degree had higher level of health literacy than those graduated with lower secondary, upper secondary, vocational certificate, high vocational certificate, diploma statistically significant at 0.05. Conclusion: the workers in Bang Poo industrial estate had moderate level of health literacy and moderate level in all aspects.
