Abstract
Von Willebrand's disease is the bleeding disorder that genetically transmitted by autosomal dominant by patients with von Willebrand factor abnormalities leading to abnormalities in factor VIII, antihemophilic globulin-AHG and platelet dysfunction. This hereditary disease had normal platelet count and normal clotting time but prolonged bleeding time. In this condition dental procedures especially extraction and scaling should carefully manage under medical correction by heamatologist to prevent bleeding complication. In thid article, two cases of von Willebrand's disease with dental treatment were reported.
